I just ordered a meal for my family. We sat down at the dinner table to eat and while eating the egg drop soup, I didn’t see the hair in the soup I ate. I had to pull the hair out of my mouth. The kids saw this and immediately lost their appetite. So it was a wasted dinner. I called and asked for a refund for the meal since no one would eat after seeing that. The lady that answered the phone told me she would give me a refund but she would be sending someone back to pick up the food. This was upsetting as we have gone to this restaurant for the last few years and only go to this Chinese restaurant. She acted very upset that I called and told her I had to pull a hair from my mouth. We will not be going back to this restaurant after this experience. I really loved eating at this place when i worked in the area. It is family owned and family ran. They are super nice people that deserve your business. The place have great food; with lots to choose from. Always cooked fresh to order. Everything is very affordable for the portions. I do believe they run a delivery service most days but I'm not sure if they still do that or not... i would just call and ask. But anway I really just hope they stay open forever. The best China/Thai restaurant in Indy! The staff are so welcoming and the food/service is wonderful. My husband and I stopped in for the first time on Friday, March 15 and our service was so quick and the food was piping hot. We shared a combination dinner at the price of $9.69 *with tax and it included the hunan beef and mixed veggies with crab rangoon, an egg roll, pork fried rice, and 3 oreja cookies — yum! 😋
