This was my 1st time visiting since I moved into the neighborhood 1mo ago. I went through the drive thru. The woman came on the speaker acting like she was ready to take my order, when she said could she help me. I completed saying my order, then she has me repeat everything Id just said, as if she actually wasn't really ready for me to order at all. I said I want a large footlong dog meal with mountain dew to drink & a small cheese curd. She said they don't have mountain dew (I've actually never been to a DQ that wasn't Pepsi products but ok..) so I said coke. I get up to the window & 1st she tries to hand me an ice cream but I didn't order ice cream. Then she gives me my drink & food. I see that that the cup isn't large. I said, I assume you didn't hear me say large footlong dog meal? She said no she didn't. I said it's fine, & took my food & drove off. Quickly realized though, I didn't even get a meal at all. Read moreI had the worst experience Iv ever had in my life at this place! Not only did they mess up my order they refused to refund my money after I gave them there messed up ice cream back!!!!! I told the manager I come there every day and get the same thing and all I wanted was the same thing the same way and she told me that she was not going to do it because I had already paid for it! I told her I want my money back and she refused me that as well! So what do I do????? I told her I will never be back and I'm filing a lawsuit for steeling my money and she told me that was just fine and she don't have to worry about it because it wasn't her store!!!! I own a construction company and I would never lose a customer ever! So on Monday I'm starting my lawsuit !!! And also she did not have a name tag and refused to give me her name! I'm so upset that Dairy Queen has fell to this level !!! I look for this company to be out of business soon and all over a manager that refused to manage!!!!! Read moreThe front of house staff treat work like a play ground. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 single stacks and they did not come with LTO. I went back to the store and went inside this time, the staff was cracking jokes and the Older male employee who took my order tripped another younger female employee as I was walking to the counter. I told him "I've worked in food service for 5 years and tripping someone in a kitchen is highly unsafe and inappropriate" After I said this he got kind of irritated with me in his tone, and as I completed my order another younger female employee said to him"wow look how great you're doing your first week" in a polite and serious tone. After I paid the staff all looked at me in a way which leads me to believe they approve of his behavior, that horse playing and being tripped at work is accepted by the staff and encouraged.
