El Meson — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Our experience was awful. We asked for a booth away from the door. The younger guy with blonde hair tried to sit us in the very front bye the door anyways after we requested to not sit bye the door. We asked to sit in one of larger booths in the back and he stayed those are for our larger guests. It was 9:00 pm closing was at 1030. There were 5 larger tables. I asked for a high chair and the blonde boy gave me a dirty chair I asked for him tobplesse clean it off. He did however the good was still on there. We never had a waiter we had 4 different ones. Our order was wrong & cold my daughter's fries where over cooked the first time around I sent them back the second time they were under cooked. I asked for a manager several times he never came. The manager finally came out to take an order to a table and avoided eye contact with me. I asked for my bill. They over charged me and charged me 3.99 for a side of Gucomolie. The manager was horrible & the server was just the same. There restroom was disgusting! Wish I would of checked them out...

Sometimes great sometimes not 🤔 chicken fajitas are really good most of the time and they give you a good helping especially if you order them for two very good price. $24.. just sometimes they're a little under seasoned but most the time they're very good. This location on Thompson Road is much better than the one on south Emerson Avenue...new update on review ..went in about 830 pm then they started cleaning mopping and the cleaning supplies had a horrible smell my 9 month old was with us we all got a throbbing headache that last for about 30 minutes after we left..we didn't even eat had to get up and go ..told the waiter and he didn't even stop them from cleaning..wasn't mad that we did not eat the last 2 pictures are from this visit..it was like the food was thrown on the plate. This place is really going down hill fast!!! Absolutely a horrible experience out to eat .. and the food this time look like something I would put together drinking and cooking Mexican food on a plate. Very...

It was our first time here two nights ago. The waiter was the only one taking care of anyone on the side of the restaurant I was seated on. It was impossible to get his attention once he took off. I definitely understand being short staffed. That wasn’t my main concern. My husband ordered the David dinner sampler which was $16 and it came out a big mess (I attached a photo). He didn’t know what he was sampling. The whole point of him getting it was to try the items to see what he liked. I had the arroz con pollo which tasted fine but I ended up getting sick later that night. 100% it was food poisoning (I’ll save you the gross details). I was the only one who had chicken that night everyone else was and has been fine. To top it off the chips tasted stale.

I absolutely love Mexican food and have it quite often. I’ve never had any issues with it. Really upset...
