Jamba — Restaurant in Inglewood

Had placed an order received no feedback after an hr of me trying to contact the store and come to find out the gurl canceled my order so I finally went to the location which put me out of my way given that I was moving out of my apartment to a new one and was packing my truck so I was looking forward to delivery Not only was the store empty (meaning it must of not been that busy) there was no greeting upon entering the store no “hi welcome to jamba” the usual greeting u receive in other stores young man just walked up to register n said nothing I asked to speak to the gurl since she cx my order She did not want to confront me or even offer a proper explanation as to why she cx my order The male worker said in the rudest tone we don’t have the ingredients what do you expect us to do !? As if the customer will have the answer for that ? He didn’t offer no alternative NOTHING Finally after me complaining to the male worker how that’s unfair for us and how are we supposed to know this upon ordering? The girl came out n not once did she say sorry for the inconvenience no she just wanted to help her coworker find right in this situation that I had no control over I left and said you guys are so rude and unprofessional and the gurl had the audacity to say BYE! This Beautiful young lady, at the counter had a Very Nice Professional Personality and fixed my Drink's Delicious, I really Loved my Drink's and the atmosphere was very friendly and pleasant. I will be going back. It was my first time and I will be telling a friend. Thank You! I had the opportunity to go into Jamba Juice yesterday (08-23-2023) I meet to wonderful employees, Daveion, and Carol, they are two of the nicest people you want to meet!!!!! Big Smiles, fast Service and made my drink outstanding. Their personalities are just Great! The store was clean and smelled Fresh. This is my Second Time coming to this Location, and I don't mind the drive, because they are worth it. The atmosphere at this location is Warm, Kind and Friendly. I just stopped in to this Jamba Juice to order a chunky Strawberry bowl. Once I walked up to the registers I ordered the bowl. The cashier said they did not have any peanut butter for the bowl. Before I could continue my order she asked me to hold on so she can answer the phone. She proceeded to have me wait while she took an over the phone order. I waited 15 minutes for my order. The whole time I waited the cashier and two other associates were standing around laughing and talking. There were 3 other people standing there waiting to make their order. This establishment has terrible workers who don’t understand the concept of good customer service. I will not be retuning to this...
