Cruz Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I had an amazing experience at this Mexican restaurant! I ordered the steak salad and it was absolutely delicious flavorful, fresh, and filling. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish.

What truly impressed me was how they went above and beyond: I called ahead, and they trusted me enough to prepare my food before I even arrived. That kind of hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers.

Even better? They found me through a comment I made under a Latino page, followed me on Instagram, and I followed back what a lucky connection! I'm so glad they reached out.

As always, you get way more than what you pay for. Their generosity, consistency, and quality never fail. I love it here, and I will definitely be back again!

Delicious food, generous portions, and friendly service! We stopped on our way home from Sam's one night, and we've been back quite a few times. The grilled chicken and ribs are incredible. The only problem with them is that they're sold out at times because of how popular they are. The clayudas is worth the money. It's 2 massive corn tortillas stuffed full of meat, cheese, and other ingredients. I have been to a lot of taco spots here in Jacksonville, I’m originally from Southern California and I used to frequent Mexicali Mexico on the weekends so I know what authentic tacos are like. It blows my mind that places like talking tacos or taco Lu getting rave reviews about their tacos when In reality they’re just mid American tacos, not authentic, not that great, and honestly lacking flavor. I have to say without a doubt Cruz Mexican Grill has the best tacos in the entire city I will never go anywhere else for my tacos, when I say the flavor is on point and everything is fresh and handmade, you can taste it in every bite. I got 4 carne asada tacos with everything on it. I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. Mi gente, ya tu sabes!

He ido a muchos lugares de tacos aquí en Jacksonville. Soy originalmente del sur de California y solía ir a Mexicali, México, los fines de semana, así que sé cómo son los tacos auténticos.
