Read moreI purchase furniture from here a year ago since I got it I've had so many problems from it out of my living room set that I paid $3,500 from now they don't want to under the warranty on the furniture I have been dealing with them since December and now it's April and we still haven't resolved the issue that constantly asking for pictures receipts and everything else to keep from honoring the warranty that I paid an extra $300 for the people there don't want their names attached to anyting it's really sad that nowadays people don't do things honestly everybody is about separating you and your money it's not of a good quality the furniture is not good quality and not strong please don't invest your money in this junk I am so unhappy if I could afford it I would take this living room and sit it out on the side...
Read moreI purchased a sectional and other furniture a few years ago, everything was great from customer service, fast delivery and the quality of the products, but when it came to use my Premium Elite 5 yrs Plan that I purchased for $499 for something as simple as to get my sectional cleaned my claim was denied, eventhough the protections plan clearly states I'm covered for "All stains and liquid marks or rings" I was told that in order to get coverage it had to be a "one time, single incident" and not something that happens over time from general use" I'm absolutely dissappointed and feel that I wasted my money purchasing a protection plan when I can't even get my furniture cleaned, wont be buying anything from Gallery...
