Gwen, the sales representative, deserves 5 stars because she was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, after the positive interface with Gwen and the purchase of the furniture, things went downhill fast. The chair I received was dirty and had sticky stuff on it. The delivery guys could care less about the condition of the furniture they were delivering. Fortunately, Gwen took care of the problem and I received another delivery. I purchased a 5 year warranty, which is turning out to be a nightmare. The chair had to be repaired a couple of times. The technicians didnât have the part on their truck to make the repair on one occasion, and had to order the part. This caused another repair date to be scheduled, which prolonged the repair time. The chair has a problem again, and for the first time, I was made aware that another company, Guardian, will be doing the repair. I was also told technicians donât bring any parts with them. They make an assessment, and if they need a part they will order it, and I would need to make another appointment for them to come back out. (Huh??? I explained the remote stopped working. They should bring a remote.) Through âtoo manyâ calls and communications with Bell and Guardian, I was finally told a technician would be calling me to schedule a repair date. After waiting and waiting and not receiving a call, I called again, only to find out Guardian had not received the information from Bell to even send a technician out. Because of prior procedures, I cannot sleep on a bed. This chair is my bed, and everyone I spoke with was made aware of this. The representative I spoke to from Guardian this morning, Tammy, really seemed concerned, and said she will try to get a technician to me. Hopefully she will be successful. I usually donât submit reviews, and certainly not negative ones. My husband and I have been very frustrated with this purchase from Bell, and wonât ever shop here again. We are trying to get everything moved in as soon as possible so we were trying to find everything that we can get delivered fast. Now we fell in love with this set of couch, and I had to side tables and the coffee table. Keep in mind we spent 9000 in cash for everything so we got the bed two days later they brought the two sofa chairs two days later which was great awesome now weâre just waiting for a couch. the only reason We decided to wait for a couch because we had two recliners which was only me and my husband now theyâre recently calling us talking about that. They are not going to deliver our couches a week later because the delivery people canât come during that time and they canât deliver our coffee table and our two side tables a month later why I donât understand. I literally asked her. What if theyâre bringing a couch next week why canât they bring the side tables and the coffee tables and of course she had an attitude because obviously I had an attitude because itâs annoying that they canât simply bring both of them together. I had the worst experience of my life with you people. I bought my furniture from 7111 FM 1960. The manager there is rude and racist. He said that I CANT READ OR WRITE IN ENGLISH. I made a complaint about him and has heard NOTHING back from their corporate office who assured me that this is NOT HOW WE WORK. I m now raising this matter with concerned authorities. If anything you should at least have the courtesy to call back and apologise for his behavior.
They dont share any of their ridiculous policies and they dont tell you that it is impossible to return furniture. When I asked him why you didnt tell me this before, the manager said DONT YOU KNOW HOW TO READ ENGLISH? DID U NOT READ WHAT YOU WERE SIGNING. Yes, I made the huge error of no reading when they asked me to sign. I asked my helper whats written here and he said oh nothing much. Just that someone 18 and above should be there when they deliver. And when i said i want to return he told me that you have signed a paper that says WE DONOT ACCEPT RETUrns.
