My recent shopping experience at this particular Target left me thoroughly disappointed, making it, in my opinion, the worst Target I've ever visited. It's disheartening to assume that there might be a lack of an effective management team at this location, especially considering the absence of any mention of district or regional managers in previous reviews. The overall state of disarray in the store significantly hindered any potential enjoyment of the shopping experience. The sight of piles and piles of items strewn around every corner was beyond belief. It prompted me to question the standards that I used to associate with Target. Is this indicative of a broader issue, or is it an isolated incident? The absence of a well-organized and tidy shopping environment raised concerns about the store's overall management and commitment to customer satisfaction. Comparisons to stores like Goodwill and the Salvation Army were inevitable, as their presentation seemed superior to what I encountered at Target. The mess I witnessed couldn't possibly align with the expectations one has when entering a major retail chain like Target. The pictures I took don't fully capture the extent of the disorder, but they serve as a testament to the subpar conditions. My sincere hope is that Target takes heed of such feedback and makes a concerted effort to enhance the shopping experience at this location. A reputable brand like Target should not only meet but exceed customer expectations in terms of cleanliness and organization. It's a call to action: "Do better, Target."

It was actually pretty bad. Sam at customer service was extremely rude. I came into do an even exchange of an opened air mattress and she refused. She did not try to provide any service. I showed her the exchange policy.on the website and she dismissed me saying "too bad" . I asked for management since another employee verified that the exchange WAS possible and instead of apologizing or admitting she was wrong, she pretended to contact her manager and said he wasn't coming. I was not going to continue to engage with her demeaning tone so I respectfully left. Absolutely bad look for customer service considering that this is a customer facing role.

My recent shopping trip to Target was nothing short of fantastic! With our baby on the way, my partner and I needed to find everything from diapers to a crib, and Target had it all. The store’s layout made it easy to find what we were looking for, and the baby section was a dream come true—well-stocked with a wide variety of products. The staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with patience and a smile. Prices were competitive, making our extensive shopping list more affordable. We left feeling fully prepared and excited for our baby’s arrival. Highly recommend this Target for all new parents!

Please be advised that I visited the Target located at 6801 FM 1960, Houston,TX 77069 on 12/23/2021 at 6:40 p.m. I left the store without taking my purse from the register. The sales associate (Latino male) accused me of having items in my basket that were not paid for however, neglecting to bring to my attention the fact that I was leaving my personal belongings behind. I returned to the store a hour later after noticing that my purse had been left there. I immediately questioned the sales associate working in customer service about my purse when returning to the store. I recovered the purse however, due to the fact that the sales associate that checked me out, intentionally ignored the fact that my purse was left at his register, I have reason to believe that all of my personal forms of identification as well as, credentials might have been tampered with and disclosed. I spoke to Target manager "Courtney" (this is the name of a family member of mine) about my reservations with regard to a possible breach of security referencing my identification credentials. Courtney was difficult, combative, unreasonable and unprofessional. He began to escalate the matter without intentions of any resolve. His inappropriate behavior was embarrassing and dehumanizing. This is the second time that I have had to confront a employee at this particular store about not being forthcoming regarding the unauthorized confiscation of my personal belongings. This is the second report made today (12/23/2021) regarding a threatening and provocative incident that has yielded a confrontational response involving myself and another unknown person. As previously reported, the stalking and harassment continue and are becoming increasingly aggressive. Please do what you can to legally assist me in the matter. Thank you.

I went today to return a pair of tennis shoes that I purchased a few days before I was met in the doorway by the rudest woman I've ever met until I met the manager but the first woman told me we don't take returns I asked her to explain it she pointed to the return counter I said what am I looking at she said right over there the sign say it on an 8 x 10 piece of paper in a 10 font with no red or bold colors or notice or anything like that is a statement that says they're closed till the 26th I asked to speak to a manager that was a mistake the manager was even ruder she said sure can't you read I'm 68 years old I'm a wounded combat veteran and no one on earth needs to be treated this way it totally took me by surprise all I can say is Target you're trying to capitalize this pandemic there's no reason for your employees to treat people like this I know personally I will never cross the threshold of a Target again and every chance I get I will slam you good luck with your business and needless to say you're welcome for your freedom but you must figure out something the way these people treated me was absolutely appalling but of course like I say I will never return so it's not like you...
