Champions Food Truck Park — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Nice, clean space with a lot of room for kids to run around. We tried Baja Fish Tacos and Stack Attack Smash Burgers. My wife had 2 fish tacos and we shared the fried mushrooms from Baja. I had the classic smash with fries from Stack Attack.

Fish tacos were good, but my wife thought she might like the shrimp better. The fried mushroom are sliced, so the mushroom-batter ratio is PERFECT. EASILY the best fried mushrooms I have ever had.

The Classic Smash burger from Stack Attack was very good! The 2 patties are thin enough that I didn’t feel too full after. The sauce was great and the caramelized diced onions were a nice touch instead of sliced onions. The bun was nice and soft, but not fragile, so it held up well against the juicy patties. I will DEFINITELY get that again.

Champions food truck park is such a great addition to the Willowbrook/Tomball/Cypress area! Not only is there a variety of delicious food trucks (from tacos, seafood burgers, and fries to other local favorites), but the park is really becoming a community hub. they’re already rolling out fun weekly events. Everything from car shows bingo night Bible study night movie nights, karaoke and live music plus market days on the weekends. It’s fairly new so the atmosphere needs improvement but overall it’s an amazing place to hang out with the family. Food was amazing too. We got something from the Baja Fish Tacos and Stack Attack and everything was so good! Prices were decent for the amount of food. The burgers were huge! Shrimp basket was so crispy.
