KFC — Restaurant in Keene

I’m new to my area and been to this KFC just 3x. The first time chicken was overcooked dried out and cold. Second time, I went & told guy about 1st time, so he assured me they would make it good and fresh hot off press, but I would need to wait 20 mins which I did. He said best to ask for hot of press. When I ate it 2x it was good! So today, I asked for hot off press was told chicken is 30 min old. I said I’d like it hot off press she said then it’s a 30 min wait. I asked for mgr and she said yes 30 mins! I said last time was 20 mins? She stated this long process but basically that’s the most time it would be. I was told this mgr has been there 20 something yrs? I’ve been to kfcs all across country and can’t seem to get fresh hot chicken here in Rindge Nh? So I drove around front and waited in parking spot 35 min and nobody brought it out to me like Woman mgr said they would?. So I drove back to drive thru window and asked for chicken, the young girl told me its not ready. Told me to pull up and park where I could see a snow pile and ice. I told her I’ll wait here, she stated no you need to move all the way up! I said no one is behind me and I’m not putting my new car on top of the pile of that snow bank and ice. She was ticked slammed window, then came back 5 mins later going off on me to move forward. Her beeper was going off! I said there are no other customers behind me and I’m not putting my car on an snow ice bank. There was not one person in store ordering, I was on,y one at window. She started raising her voice that she’s a team lead and I need to listen to her and started further arguing. I told her stop arguing and get me my chic I paid you for, stop being rude. She Slammed window again came back with chic finally it was missing my 2nd potatoes so diff girl gave me potatoes, the team lead came over again and told me don’t come back here again, your not welcome here anymore! Sad part is I spoke to mgr earlier at that same window who assured me 30 mins at most! Didn’t happen there is something def wrong with this kfc they never seem to have hot fresh chicken? Either needs new mgr and definitely not rude team leads, or close, it’s like your bothering them to do their job!! Don’t worry I...

Store "Manager" was extremely rude, snarky and just plain gross with her attitude. However, I was informed by corporate that she is actually impersonating the manager, she is NOT the manager. I had an issue with my order yesterday, and she was the one I had to deal with. if I didn't mind going to jail, I would've popped her in her mouth for the way she talked to me. She refused to give me her name on the phone yesterday, and stated that her team doesnt give out their names. But, David's name was on the receipt that was given with my order. Even though David was not running the register. Then she called me this morning as the store "manager," and finally gave me her name from the Keene NH location. I recognized her voice from drive thru yesterday and I asked her if she was the same woman I spoke with yesterday in drive thru AND on the phone and she said "yep." I asked to speak with someone above her and she proceeded to tell me that there is Noone above her, that she's the manager. I have now escalated this issue to Corporate and the Franchisees, because there IS someone above her. I did not receive my complete meal that I paid for and the attitude I received from her was absolutely uncalled for. I was told to get over it. NEVER eating there again. I truly hope this location gets some serious help because it seems as though every single person that works there is miserable and I'm willing to bet that 95% of the problem is that woman right there. My honey went in .... Not me... Soooo- this is a mixed review lol

All they had was x-tra crispy (I like xtra crispy) Asked for a bucket of white / got mixed- (nice big piece of white at the bottom that looked great, and I am not sure a "bucket of white" is even a thing..- just dark or variety?) Everyone was waiting a long time (I was out in the truck - didn't think it was more than 15-20 min.?) For our order of 12 biscuits, A bucket of chicken, KFC bowl, & a steak burrito. BUT there Was a girl waiting for 2 tacos for the same amount of time as our order? That seems like a little "inner employee task management" skills ...? Maybe that's what the fighting was about? @""you get the tacos no you get the tacos, no I don't wanna make the tacos"" I really don't know I wasn't there... Just being facetious. All in all I enjoyed my food! It all was yummy! Think they forgot my extra gravy on the side? (BUT not sure if muh honey even ordered it for me... He forgot the receipt) "My only highlight of the whole meal was the Steak Burrito" (that's all he ate) I'm glad he enjoyed at least that!!@ I hope all was read - (these mixed reviews could go either way if you don't) I think maybe the arguing (over tacos? Not sure- I made that one part up) gave my honey impression that all was lost from...
