Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Keene

This place is horrible. Ordered $35 worth of food in the drive through. Was told to go park because the potato wedges needed a few minutes. I parked and waited over 20 minutes. Went in to see what the hold up was. Was told a few more minutes. Waited another 10 minutes (yes literally over a half hour at this point). Went back out to my car to get my wallet so I could get a refund. Went back in and said I dont want the food anymore I just want my money back. Cashier said she had to get the manager. Manager comes around asked what I ordered. She says I already made that and walks back to ask people where it went. She proceeds to argue with two people over who gave my food away. After a minute or so of this I (somewhat angrily of course) said I dont care who gave my food away I just want my money back. She says sir you need to calm down....This really got be boiling because I was pretty chill up intel then. I said Ive been calm for over a half hour now just give me the money back and I can leave. She literally hides behind the back shelves and hands the cashier (a young teenage girl who was pretty nice about the whole thing) a random amount of money. No receipt r anything just a handful of wrong money...Like I said I payed $35 dollars and she handed me $18 and some change. I said what is this? The cashier said you can just keep it. I said thats not what I paid though, I paid $35. She went to talk to this manager again...They talk for a minute...I cut my losses and walk out. This place has kind of always been slow and terrible but this was just laughably awful. I will drive to Brattleboro if im hankering for some Tacos or KFC for now on. Corporate if your reading this shut this place down or at the very least...short middle age blonde women who is apparently a manager...

I don't even know what to say about our experience other than fire Nora and find someone else to run the front counter. After we waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and had to come back in, she is so slow that we waited 25 minutes and the people before us waited even longer and a doordash driver came in for their order and she didn't even put it in yet and told the man to wait while she served the dining room. Our food was soggy, the tacos were thrown in the bag and dumped the contents all over the other food, they forgot to put several items in the bag. We got to Matthew's rd(we live in Swanzey) and had to turn around AGAIN then waited another 25 minutes for it to be fixed for her to argue with me on what food items she already gave me, then to apologize because she forgot what order she was doing. By the time we got home it was 7:45 pm after spending an HOUR at Taco Bell. And I also asked her to stop calling me Ma'am and she deliberately called me Ma'am again then again before I left without my items because I was so fed up waiting and had hungry kids at home and a very pregnant hungry daughter in the car. We will not return if Nora is working. Not worth the $50 we paid for trash...

I’m in the drive through right now... it’s 6:15pm and I just arrived... I placed my order via the app 20 minutes ago, making the mistake of pre-paying - and because this store isn’t allowing pickup in store... I can expect that I will be here until about 7pm just waiting. I’m going to take off one star for every 10 minutes from now until my food is in hand. Totally mismanaged store. 6:38pm... better than I expected but 23 minutes for fast food drive through still isn’t acceptable. Definitely the slowest drive through in town by far.

Edit: I have changed my review to 1 star because they disabled ordering through the app. I wasn’t sure they could find a way to have worse service or be any slower… but turning off the ability to conveniently make an order and give them plenty of time to make it in advance so that nobody has to sit around in a line or clog the drive though manages to be both stupid and bad for the customer. This Taco Bell is a a disgrace. I hope It closes and and someone opens something better… might be a good location for an Arby’s or maybe something independent… maybe someone could make the drive though less poorly designed for traffic flow while...
