I was looking for a mattress and a nice lady name Lori at the W.S. young location helped when I was online. First I did the mattress matcher quiz online and hit the chat button. Usually if you hit a chat button it is computer generated. This time, it was an actual person who helped me, texted me, took the time to give thorough answers about which type of mattress might be best for me and how I sleep. After my epidural, I have lower back pain in the winter. So I wanted something that would be comfortable, have pocket coils, memory foam and sleep cool. I am also a combination sleeper. When I went to Mattress Firm yesterday a nice lady named Megan greeted me and helped me find the right mattress and listened to what I had to say about what I wanted in a mattress and did not pressure me at all. She also was patient and let me know about the current sale going on. I ended up going with the temperpedic hybrid and got an adjustable base for free. Read moreI was helped the other day by a very nice, young gentleman named Noah to find a new bed for my husband; he just retired recently and we found out he has a sickness so we’re going through tough times right now. Noah was super welcoming from the moment I walked in, and not only helped me purchase a bed perfectly suited for my husband, but helped me feel better about my husband and I’s situation. We don’t have much people in the working industry who actually care about the wellbeing of their guests, and it definitely makes me happy to see people like Noah making other’s happy while providing great service. I thought I was a bit of trouble because of how indecisive I was, but Noah was super patient with me and walked me around showing me the beds he thought were best suited for my husband. Read moreSo I ordered a mattress on September 12, 2017. I cancelled my order, the very next day. I have still not received my refund. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Because trying to get an answer as to why my refund hasn’t been mailed yet, has been a nightmare. The people in the store told me I would have to call corporate, and corporate has given me the biggest run around. On top of people from corporate telling me to talk to the people at the store. I mean I paid cash, so I was expecting to get my money the next day from the store. But apparently they don’t keep cash. Like what sense does that even make? This has been the worst experience ever with customer service. I can’t even imagine if I would have gotten a mattress with them, and had any trouble with it.
