So I've been to this location 3 times this month June 2024. Each time through the drive-thru. I always order the double meat, mustard fried, light tomato and grilled onions. Sounds pretty simple right? Wrong! The first two times I didn't go back because I had someplace I had to be. Today I had a few extra minutes so I go back through the drive-thru and a female takes my order. She reads back my order and it's wrong. We do this 4 more times and each time she gets it wrong. I ask to speak to a manager and Michael is on the speaker and I give him my order. First time he gets it wrong but the second time it's right...at least on the speaker. I pull up to the first window where you're to pay and Michael is there and he says I just want to get it right and I repeat my order again. Of course they tell me it'll be $4.87 I let them know I already paid. They realize this and Michael says pull up to the next window and your order will be ready. So I pull up and I get the order and I almost pull off but decide to look and guess what? There's lettuce and spread on the burger. I let Michael know and he says it's does not have lettuce on it. I hand him the bag with the burger and he looks (which is what he as a manager should have done before handing me the order) and says "you're right there is lettuce on it I'll get you another one." He also tells me he didn't like the way I spoke to him and not to come back to that store. I let him know I was going to file a complaint with corporate which I did and Michael says "go ahead I don't care." Was I getting irritated? Kinda yes. After the two previous visits and wrong orders and then this one was also wrong and I came back and repeated 5 times to the female employee who got it wrong 5 times and Michael who also got it wrong the first time then handed me the wrong burger with lettuce I think anyone would be a little irritated. I never raised my voice or cursed but Michael said he didn't like the way I spoke to him. Really? I don't like paying for my food and having to throw it away twice and come back a third time to get the wrong order again and then Michael handing me a burger with lettuce which was wrong again. Obviously it's a management problem at this store because Michael is unprofessional as they come. Hopefully corporate straightens out Michael's attitude.
Edited To Add: I didn't even eat this burger because I don't know if Michael or the cook did something to it so I threw it away.
I'm done...
Read moreI am an In and Out fan but this location needs some major help. When we stopped in, this location had a slow but steady crowd. We stood in line to order, but when it was our turn to order the lady walked away without saying a word and disappeared. The young men distributing the orders didn’t say anything either. We stood at the front of the line like idiots for about 10mins without acknowledgment from any staff as the line behind us built up. Eventually the lady came back and took our order, the food was quickly ready, but when it came out the bun was burnt and tasted like burnt toast. When I opened up the burger the bun was burned beyond edible so I asked for a replacement- showing my burger to the young man handing out the orders, and threw my burger away. He was super wonderful how he handled the situation, and brought a new burger out quickly after. The new burger was burnt (not as badly as the first one) and the bun was hard as a rock. I threw my order away and left. I am from SoCal and have eaten at In and Out so many times and have NEVER had a bad burger. In fact I have eaten and many locations in CA, NV, AZ and every time was great.. I hope their staff can be trained better in the future and not ruin the...
Read moreWe don't have In-N-Out back home in PA, so we were excited to eat here. I must say, they did NOT disappoint!
The restaurant was set up like an old diner inside which I liked. It's different, like a burger joint you'd see in an old movie! Very welcoming...
Upon walking up to the counter, we weren't sure what we wanted and didn't feel rushed while figuring it out. When asking what certain things are, or how they are made (for example, "animal style"), the counter person told us EXACTLY how things were made and/ or what was on them! He was EXTREMELY helpful, knew recipes/ ingredients like he was reading them off a script- except he just rambled them off freely! We were very impressed!!
Ordered our food and thought it was GREAT! Burgers were MESSY AF, but totally worth using the napkins for! I really wish this was an option for us back home, but unfortunately not. In-N-Out has ruined all other burgers for me - FOREVER!
My only recommendation is that anyone eating here eat your fries first (before they get cold). Once the cheese sauce cools off, it gets pretty thick - but STILL delicious!
My ONLY complaint is that the bathroom wasn't really clean at this location. Other than that? Everything...
