BEWARE PATRONS READ ALL ONE AND TWO STAR REVIEWS BEFORE COMING TO THIS LOCATION there are more 1&2 stars than any other stars. I have been to this location twice, since the past two months I have lived Killeen. It is the same person at the drive thru that gives the same bad attitude and horrible customer service. I tried avoiding the drive thru and order directly in the store just to avoid the drive thru personsâ attitude. The cashier gets an A plus for accuracy for my order. I forgot to remove an ingredient on the half of sandwich I order. So didnât think that it would be a problem to ask politely to have no Mayo on the sandwich. My apologies for not using the word âAioli!â Because your associate had chime in a correcting me. I know it can be a nuances to have customer bother you when youâre working on their food, how dare I!
I know when people are being passive aggressive. As a manager you allowed my order not be made and serve other customers who ordered and be served as you were in the kitchen helping. I order a half a sandwich and one large Mac and cheese and two small Mac and cheeses. I got my own drinks in the lobby.
So Iâm choosing to be passive aggressive as well. I waited patiently for 35 minutes and saw my name bounced up and down on your Rapid Order Screen. While the line of people who order after me names appeared with complete orders. Giving me an excuse as a manager that you only had âthree people preparing foodâ was not what I wanted to hear. I wasnât angry or upset until you had mentioned; âI would be angry or upset too.â Which queued me in on believing the treatment I received was purposeful. I get it âyou are understaffed and over workedâ but your Subject Matter Expertise is Customer Service not only that Professionalism. You choose to provided good/excellent Customer Service or Not. Thank you for my refund I kindly asked for and said please and thank you without attitude.
Also, your sandwich maker needs to be retrained. Instead of cutting corners. She should have remade the sandwich that was returned back from the drive thru, reopening the sandwich and just grabbing bacon and putting on the sandwich isnât the sanitary way of food handling. Iâm sure it doesnât help cut cost when someone gets sick from your establishment. Itâs probably why you get complaints about hair in customer's food. Iâm sure thatâs a Major health violations going on here. Order here at...
Read moreI was so happy when they built Pamera bread here in Killeen. My favorite soup is the Autumn squash but it's seasonal đ„. The atmosphere has always been comforting especially with a bread bowl of wild rice and chicken soup. I'm usually excited for the new soups they bring, but this time they missed the mark with the Thai chicken soup, it was okay but not what I expected at all, to much curry and not enough flavor. It could have just been the person cooking it that night, maybe it does taste good? That might be the one to take off the menu and replace it with something more appetizing. I love the green tea drink, it has the perfect amount of sweet to it without being overly sweet. It's good if you mix it with the other drinks as well. Love the pastries as always but each location has something different, I love the chocolate cookie/muffin top. It's pretty big but soft and not to many chocolate chips. The only thing I can say that they need to stop is giving that 30 yr.old salt biscuit, bottom of the heel, crusty, inedible, feels like leather, piece of bread that comes with your meal. Even soaking it in your soup does no good! They could improve the kids menu, it is like most kid menus, lackluster at best in theor choices of edible foods. Word of caution don't get duped by the pick 2 deal, to feed a family of 3 cost over $40 so if you are planning on taking the family, be prepared to spend over $40. Overall, Panera is still a great place to get a good meal, especially on cold days or nights, where a bowl of soup is warranted. Also, check out their kids pastry chef program where they take a group of kids to see how the bread is made and at the end they actually get to make a pastry, it is very interactive and they get a little apron...
Read moreAbsolutely NO RESPECT at all, we walked into the store around 735ish and my wife orders a salad and ask for 8 dressings and explains she will pay for them all. The lady says we can only give you 5 and we said ok no worries then that's fine. Everything was okay until the cashier Alyssa goes in the back of the house we're we could still hear her and she's talking about my wife. Making comments like what's the point of ordering a salad if your going to drown it in dressing. What is she going to do drink her salad? She should eat it with no dressing. I let the comments go until she walks right past us and proceeds to talk to a lady I am assuming the manager on duty and they start talking was not even paying attention until she said that lady wanted 8 dressings, what's the point of ordering the salad then and at that point I got up and told her if your going to be talking about my wife at least have enough respect to either wait until we leave or talk so we can not hear every word you say. We explained to her my wife likes the dressing so much we take it home so she can eat it on salads at the house. I also explained to her if you are going to make rude and disrespectful comments about customers it would be smart to make sure no one can hear them because at that point might as well have the nerve to tell someone what your truly thinking. Completely ridiculous, poor customer service. Completely disrespectful and rude, totally shocked. My wife used to be a shift leader there and even grand opened a store for them in temple tx and wow have the standards dropped drastically, that would never have flown 5 years ago. Super sad because Panera does actually have some good food but that location might as well close and be turned into a...
