HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We went around 7pm last night for a to go order. We were the only ones in the line with a few others waiting for their meals. The cashier employee who took our order didn't understand how to ring up a BLT. Then we told her what we wanted to add to it. (There's a sign next to the cashier showing add-ons at charge and those at fee). So we each had to repeat our order twice to her because she didn't understand what add-ons we wanted. Okay she was slow to take the order and understand our wants but not the worse thing. We get our to go order in a timely manner and get to our car to check it out and eat it. I told a bite of mine and the order was wrong. They didn't give me the cheese I paid for or tomatoes. I did mention that it was a BLT, right? Yeah meaning tomato is implied. So as this is inconveniencing myself but it's ok, people make mistakes, I go back in and nicely told them my sandwich wasn't made right. I proceeded to tell them what was missing. The man there who acted like he was in charge didn't apologize for the error and graciously offered to help correct their mistake, no he said it wasn't on the ticket, that is not have a BLT is made. Yeah ATTITUDE! Who paid for this sandwich AND the cheese as an add-on, yep, me! Who is getting paid to make it, you! How rude and unprofessional and he seems like he was the lead so he is teaching the younger men their how to treat customers. When one of the guys asked him what they were supposed to do in this situation, the older man said nothing to the other. Way to lead by example, ruin a dinner experience, and lose a customer. Wait two customers. My sister had something missing from her sandwich too. Yeah he gave me the piece of cheese and a single tomato separate in a plastic box that is a waste and again still no apology but attitude. Oh I checked my receipt afterwards and cheese was on the ticket of my BLT!! Horrible...
Read morePoor customer service. There were three young male employees working behind the counter when I walked in to order a sandwich at the Cedar Bluff location. #1. They did not welcome me into the store with the usual “Welcome to Firehouse” I get at other locations. #2. They ignored me while I waited to place my order (and I was the only customer in the store at the time). When they finally “realized” I had been waiting, they did apologize but it didn’t seem sincere. #3. They were making extremely immature comments loudly while making my sandwich. #4. When they called my name, I thanked them and got no response. I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt like I needed to say something here in this situation. Learn some common courtesy and simple customer service skills. Also, there was a hair in...
Read moreI have fallen in love with Firehouse ever since I found out about them and I have left Subway and have never looked back. the sandwiches here have a distinctive flavor that is different from Subway. I prefer the flavor oh Firehouse subs they tend to be juicier and more filling.the only gripe I have about this place is that they are a little more expensive but honestly I will pay more for a better sandwich.the new brisket sandwich that Firehouse is promoting is very good I have gotten it at least five times. I have also noticed that Firehouse is presenting many sauces for you to try on your sandwich which definitely is a plus in my book.
As far as this location, it's a standard experience, never had any problems with my food. The staff is very fast and do their job without any...
