Would stay here again. Solid 4 star experience, but I’m leaving 5 stars to help the average rating from the low reviews that do not reflect what I experienced during my stay. The hotel appeared to be freshly renovated. Our room was very nice and clean. Slept great on the comfortable bed and super soft pillows. I travel frequently and noise from other guests tends to be a problem… not here. We were on the 3rd floor so obviously no one was stomping around above us, but I heard nothing from outside our room all night. Very quiet. We did not use the pool or fitness room but they were open to use. The breakfast selection is basic as some have said but it’s a relatively small dining area so I’m not sure what else you would expect. Scrambled eggs were ok, but not much flavor. The biscuits were hard and cold, definitely from a pre made package. Gravy softened them up. A couple cereal choices. Oatmeal. Activia… why do so many hotels offer only Activia yogurt? I’m traveling, I don’t need Activia to keep me moving. lol. Put some normal yogurt in the fridge. The big Belgian waffle maker worked great. They were delicious.

Staying one night? You should be ok. Longer than that? AVOID The room was ok other than the tub isn't flat on the bottom and extremely slippery. I had to buy a mat for it. Whoever cleaned my room was great. That is the end of the complaints for this facility. Staying for months at a time, I wanted to use the washer and dryer. They are broken and they couldn't give me an answer when it was to be replaced. The daily breakfast starts at 6 am which is when I start work. Sunday is the only day I could eat it . At 6:20 am the eggs, bacon and waffle mixture was out and not getting replaced. But she kept wiping the counters clean. Staying here is like getting a backhanded compliment. Everyone is polite to your face but they have to be laughing when they walk away.

If your looking for a pretty calm off the main road hotel, I recommend this hotel. I got in easily, parking is right up front, the front desk guy was nice, quick, and strains to the point, while cracking a few jokes. The room was clean, no bugs, or BS. Bathroom had not towels not just re-used, beds are soft also. When I put the private sign on the door I was not disturbed 1 time during my 1 week stay for work training. I dont like hotels and always assume its going to be a bad experience. IF you're like me, you'll be ok here lol. This place is ok in my book.

Review of Best Western Kokomo:My recent stay at Best Western Kokomo was quite satisfactory, mainly due to its convenient location and amenities. The hotel's proximity to where I needed to be over the weekend was ideal. One of the standout features for me was the availability of EV charging, which was not only a must-have for my electric vehicle but also a pleasant surprise since it was provided free of charge—a significant benefit.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They promptly assisted me with any inquiries or requests I had during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their attentive service.

While the hotel rooms were generally comfortable, I felt they could benefit from further updates. Although some renovations had clearly been made, I believe additional modernization could enhance the overall experience for guests.

In summary, Best Western Kokomo offered a convenient and accommodating stay, with the added advantage of EV charging—a rarity that made a positive difference for me. The helpful staff contributed to a pleasant experience, though there is room for improvement in updating the room facilities. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider returning...
