Ordered 2 cheeseburgers.. one with bacon.. didn’t get the bacon.. made both sandwiches completely wrong.. put the stickers on the sandwiches backwards.. manager didn’t care. Refused to listen to what they served me and how they ruined 2 peoples dinners as we ordered via the APP and couldn’t come back for them to “fix” their screw up. She didn’t want to hear about that.. and she most certainly didn’t want to hear this rested on her shoulders as she is the manager and is responsible.. she said she isn’t and doesn’t care if I complain to corporate. But you know.. the BIGGEST thing your manager was unable to do.. and REFUSED was to APOLOGIZE. Never heard she was sorry for ruining our expensive dinner.. no apology either that now we would be working an 8hr shift with no food, as our sandwiches were made so bad, so wrong, they were inedible and we pitched them both into the trash!! No apologies.. all your manager was interested in doing was telling me what she was going to do to make it right.. like making me sandwiches we can’t come back to get.. or refunding me my order if I stop back in.. which once again, I couldn’t. So instead of listening to me.. she argued with me.. and told me she wasn’t responsible and didn’t care and didn’t care if I did report her to corporate as she hung up on me.. and she did this TWICE.. hung up on a customer trying to explain to you how bad you messed up and the grief you gave two people who are now screwed out of any dinner for the day. She is shallow thinking and obviously untrained and has zilch for customer service skills!! She wasn’t interested in hearing me.. And she most certainly wasn’t interested in apologizing.. guess she is above that. I seriously doubt I will ever be back to this 5 guys.. I’ve never got a carry out order so bad.. it was inedible.. Today it happened.. how do you screw up 2 sandwiches when the words are right in front of you on a piece of paper?? How do you do that?? How do you screw up BOTH?? Read moreThere is nothing in this world like having your number or name called at five guys, then making the walk to the counter to be handed an oil soaked bag. When you first grasp it is as though you have completed the mission. The online ordering is far and away the best option. You pass the peanuts as you head for the exit. Why is it you always consider grabbing some peanuts, yet never do? Maybe one day. You head to your car & immediately upon entering consume 1/4 of your body weight in food. You cannot get this kind of customizable burger at McDonald's. Honestly, I would recommend constructing the little bacon cheeseburger, with Mayo fresh cut onions & bbq sauce. You may thank me later. If five guys would be as kind as to share their burger recipe, we would all thank you greatly. Overall I do not believe I have ever had a bad experience at five guys. Very friendly staff, fast service & great environment. If I could give 30 stars to five guys I would. They deserve the success they have had & along the way have made me a better person. I would rather eat here than steak n shake, any day of the week. Come to think of it I would confidently place a bet that five guys is the reason steak N shake is going under. Read moreI haven’t eaten at five guys in a while because everytime I go in it seems it never fails, the staff does not give me what I order. My “large” fry that used to be the overflowing cup now barely fills half of the cup, and typically I can see that it is because of them not having many fries, and being too lazy to make more. If I’m paying over $15 for one burger and fries, the service should be better than McDonald’s. Tonight I asked for more, paid for them, and was given another cup that had LESS than half in them. Asked for a manager, who just started at me like I was from another planet. There is no reason customer service is that bad when I’m the only one in the store ordering food.
