Edit 2 due to taking a chance on a 3rd order: Ordered the Homestead breakfast and everything was great! The gravy cup wasn't as full as I'd like, but it wasn't half a cup this time. And I did get plasticware so that was a HUGE plus. Maybe there is hope for this location and I will try them again. Raised the star ratings accordingly. Edit: upon another visit, the shrinkflation portions are still a problem at this location. A carry-out breakfast that only had a HALF FULL cup of gravy. The website menu doesn't state how much you get for two biscuits, but half a container comes across as extraordinarily selfess and is barely enough for one biscuit let alone two! You only desire what you pay for and half portions were not in the description. It's going to be a far stretch to go here a 3rd time. Original Review:2stars for the blatantly obvious shrinkflation turkey portion that is nowhere near the hearty portion you're led to believe you'll receive when ordering from their own menu photos. 1 generous star for service because despite not being that busy, the carry-out order was ready 8 minutes late, which I guess didn't matter in the long run because they didn't provide any plasticware with the order and I was unable to leave my job to find some!! So all I had for lunch on a 12 hr shift was the miniscule turkey portions as finger food because i wasn't about to eat mashed potatoes/gravy and dressing with my fingers., sooooooo frustrating to throw a $15 lunch in the trash because you have no utensils to eat it after you tipped $5 on a $15 carry-out!!! 3 stars for the carry-out atmosphere because the employees seemed frustrated with each other behind the counter but were friendly to the customers out on the floor. Just felt like an ironic major letdown that the only thing I felt "uncomfortable but able" to eat with my fingers was the extremely lackluster turkey portion. I know this place can do better, I've seen it many times. I love this place, but you got to get better with carry-out. I would like to add that there was an option online to order a smaller portion, and that was not what I selected which is obvious...

We are frequent family meal carry out order customers. We were by our local pop in last night and decided to stop in to have dinner. Unfortunately, our experience was not good. We never received the appetizer ordered. We had the waitress cancel it after four attempts of getting drink refills we gave up my father-in-law‘s entire meal had to be sent back as the fish was not properly cooked, the fries were cold and the coleslaw did not feel like it had been refrigerated in hours, I had very overcooked carrots with my meal and a country fried steak that was so hard it involved a steak knife to try to cut . My husband‘s meal was a breakfast meal. The home fries were so hard. You could knock someone out with it. The bacon appeared to be hours and hours very hard. We asked for fresh never received it, and his eggs were rubbery. We asked for those to be cooked as well it never happened, as we were departing and we were asked how our meal was and we explained not well. we did ask to speak to a manager, but was told that they were unavailable as they were cooking. Our service was bad from start to finish. The server was very much an airhead. We both had years of restaurant work and management behind us. We do understand that things happen, but not tending to the guest is no good for everyone. I do request that someone reached out to me as I called the local store again this morning to speak to a manager and was asked to call back on Monday because it was the weekend?? We will not return nor ever place a order with you again until this...

My husband and I came in for dinner tonight around 8pm. Our server’s name was Amy she gave us the best service. My husband left his glasses at home (like he always does ) so he wasn’t able to read the menu so he obviously blurted out everything he wanted but didn’t know the name of combo meal and Amy was very quick to help him decide which is the best way to order his meal. I of course had no idea what I even wanted and asked for her recommendation which was the honey chicken and my husband ordered nearly a buffet of breakfast items. She was amazing in helping us. The food was hands down one of the best meals we’ve had eating out. My chicken was cooked perfectly even my sides tasted absolutely amazing His breakfast was cooked to perfection as well Being a 20 year veteran to the food service industry I know you guys get more bad reports than good. I also know the difference in day crew and night crew So we felt like we really needed to inform you that your night kitchen staff as well as Amy have really outdone themselves tonight. We hadn’t been in to eat here for a long time due to a very bad experience years prior but we will definitely be back and can’t wait to do so Good job Amy and kitchen crew you guys did fantastic thank...
