OK, so quick review on Aspen hotel. After being here since the sixth multiple floods from the bathrooms, multiple leaks in the ceiling, switching rooms, kitchen, flooding, mildew everywhere pool completely unusable no housekeeping on any days that it's raining trash that just piles up being able to walk down the hallway and seeing multiple bags of trash out people's doors because nobody is there to take them. there's no air condition in the hallways or lobby.. Their breakfast is absolute garbage. I've tried to complain to the manager and asked him to help instead, he tried to raise the price on me. I've had to get a man to come in every day to handle the card for me because he charges men a lower price and honors his policies for the men. But when I try to say anything, I got shot down and told to be quiet exact words from him. "fussy fussy fussy why so fussy how are we gonna get anything done if you don't stop talking" all because I was trying to get them to fix the water leak in the bathroom because our bathroom was flooded with about 2 inches of water and that was Lucy's room where she has all of her machines in her room. Plus, her air condition was leaking so bad. The carpet was completely soaked from day one it took three days for them to get maintenance out there to stop it while charging me every single night. The room had a smell of mildew so bad, The air quality literally made. My daughter's nurse is sick to where they're calling out because I go to the doctor themselves. So today the shower will not turn off. The water is flooding into the hallway. The ceiling started pouring water in my first room, where it was filling up three trash cans full every couple hours that room was covered with mildew everywhere, which I have included a picture of the tables with mildew on it. The new room they switched me to the dishwasher, had an insanely loud noise, and then it flooded my kitchen. The AC leaked in there as well I didn't even bother complaining about that room because I already saw how The owner responded to me.. I complain so the owner calls the cops and tells them that I damaged the hotel rooms and is kicking me out and will not give me a refund so he is stealing my money has given horrible customer service and sending a disabled child out who by the way has been on oxygen for the past four days due to the air quality. Because I wanted them to clean up the water or at least stop the leak. Instead of doing anything about it kicked me out. The owner Sam is a liar and a thief who is discriminating against women and refuses to have the proper accommodations for a disabled child. If you are handicap, you do not have the proper accommodations here do not fall for it. Lucy has been on 2 L of oxygen when she never has to be on oxygen. She had to have an emergency trach changed today which never happens. She has been doing great for the past 11 months and two weeks here I'm having to push her in a stroller with an oxygen tank out there hotel when she did not come in on Oxygen but they want to say that I damaged the hotel rooms. Yeah look at the pictures of the hotel room and tell me what I damaged but then look at the videos of the condition that they expected us. Oh, they also do not allow you to take photos or video record anywhere in our hotel where a staff member might accidentally be in the video. I was recording myself and my Daughter's nurse and the owner plus Lady at the desk got mad at me accused me Of having her on camera and tried to force me to delete it, even though she was not on camera at all, but yet they have a camera right there at the front desk recording you. Also, if you ask any other front desk, people's names, they say there's no need for that, so you do not have the ability to complain or report them directly. As well as not sure who would report it to since the owner clearly couldn't care less about his customers. But in case mgmt was dropped from Hilton and trying new name, let this be warning for your visit. This review is over a year coming as I just came across print out bill and jogged my memory of this horrible experience. The management and front desk operations failed at the simplest of tasks in my opinion. After numerous attempts to speak with manager after my visit, all going unanswered, figured can at least share horrible experience and lack of customer service here. -- Upon check-in, was told my AAA account would be reflected in the bill, never was. -- First night the AC went out in the room . That was a hot and stuffy night sleep, or lack thereof -- not fun. I informed front desk that morning on my way to event about the problem in hopes it would be fixed by my return in the evening. NEGATIVE -- 2nd night I finally get maintenance to come and check on it. Got it working, in the moment, only for it to go out again around 1am. Yaaayyyy. -- 3rd day, report A/C still not working and convinced they MUST pay attention to it and fix this time. NOPE. Later that night upon return, repair guy noticed A/C can't be fixed and need to switch room. Fine by me. Easy move - just next door. A/C works... finally. Turn on the tv - doesn't work. Oh boy. Not the end of the world but just comical after previous two nights.
Don't worry, they'll know to make it right on the bill. Go to check out - NOTHING. And front desk isn't armed with ability to make a smart and educated decision in doing the right thing. That is lack of training from manager. It's a no brainer after the bad experience I had. Look, I get it, things break and important to act quickly to fix and make right. But they dragged there feet all day and never took action and I lost two night's sleep over it. And can't even adjust bill for their screw up in taking proper action. Nope. Maybe new management is in place by now because whoever ran it last year failed from top to bottom, in my opinion, and I would never stay there again.

Read moreDo not come here. Room isn't clean (had black mold growing out of shower soap holder upon check-in, various stains in carpet). Hallways are not air-conditioned outside of the lobby area. While I was checking in, and throughout my stay, people kept coming to the front desk to state that there was no housekeeping performed despite it being requested. I experienced the same and had to hunt down housekeeping in the halls to get them to come to my room after 5 days, even though I had put in a request to the front desk already. The housekeeper ignored the black mold until I specifically asked her to take care of it when she was done with the bathroom which is when I realized she apparently cleaned the entire bathroom without ever turning on water (not sure how clean a tub or sink gets without water). ||||Breakfast is another sad state of affairs. Anything i have eaten in the last 5 days from the building's breakfast causes diarrhea. Not sure if it is food handling or because they left the food out too long. The pancake breakfast is heavily advertised, yet I've never seen the pancake machine be turned on. There is a juice machine yet no juice because per the front desk "management hasn't purchased juice and it is out of stock" for over a week. No regular sugar for available and most days your options are bread with peanut butter or jelly packets.
