For several years I have eaten here and have not had any real issues. This morning at 3:30am I stopped by the drive through to pickup somethings to have for work on my lunch break. Part of my order was the two tacos. I said two tacos but the lady never put it up on the order screen so I did not think that she heard me. She asked that else and I again said two tacos and again she never placed it on the order screen. This happened a couple more times and the lady said goodbye. She never placed the order for the two tacos on the screen and refused to even answer me. I drove up to the window anyway to try and find out what was going to. The dark haired woman at the window did not even talk to me, she closed the window and just ignored me. I drove back around to the drive through and asked why she was being so disrespectful and she only said goodbye and would not respond again. I left this store at that point. I headed to work. There is anything Jack in the box on my way to work. It is harder to get to but I went to that one. The guy running that window was a total professional. Took my order and placed it on the screen as soon as I I made the order so that I knew he had it right. The complete opposite experience for the one I had at the la Porte store. Read moreI wish I could rate shifts and people individually because there is certain employees that work the night shift that are so quick it's amazing. I deliver for doordash so when it's quick and easy it's a major help to me and it pleases the customer, but whoever is working right now on Saturday April 9th at night was also working about 2 days ago when I had the same problem.. I have literally been sitting in this drive-thru for almost 45 minutes I've already had one customer cancel an order on me because of the long wait they should not have these two people working alone at night it's absolutely ridiculous I don't know if maybe they're unaware of how slow these employees are but I don't know if they're new or what but someone else could at least be working with them to help them because this is ridiculous. The difference between the employees is Major huge it's very noticeable so if you come on a night where it's super fast and then on another night where it's this slow you're really noticing it trust me it's not just me. I mean I have someone else's food in the car and I had someone else's food earlier and I wait and wait and wait and wait and I get up there and the food is not even done which is crazy because I've literally been here...
Read moreThe drive thru girl makes u feel very rushed and like shes annoyed with u.. she asks u "anything else" after every item u order which sounds very rude.. it should be "would u like anything else", "may I offer u something else"..then when I got to the window they asked me what condiments I want and asked me to park in the front and theyll bring my food out. When the other girl comes out to bring my food she looks so miserable.. I looked at her and made eye contact and she still didnt even give a little smile.. then with the most negative depressing voice she says have a nice day... i left (feeling lk maybe I shouldn't eat my food).. and only to find out i asked for ranch and jelly and there was none in my bag... smh.. theres no customer satisfaction.. if you dont like your job please quit.. and the manager please train your employees correctly.. make the work environment a happy one cuz then your employees make the customers feel very unwelcomed, rushed, and like they're annoying.
