Starbucks — Restaurant in La Porte

Inside the Kroger/ Worse service I've ever had at Starbucks. Alexandria started by asking me if I wanted my receipt. I said yes. She didn't reach out, so I took it myself as it was hanging in front of me. Alexandria told me that next time I needed to let her get it because the cash drawer was open and she didn't know what I was going to do!! She's apparently scared of little 60 yr old women. I couldn't even reach the cash drawer! Then I asked for a little more cream because I couldn't even taste it. She handed me some in a cup and proceeded to tell me, "Just so you know .. I already gave you more than I'm supposed to!" Alexandria should not be working with the public. She's very rude! Next time, I'll be sure to go to my favorite coffee truck,Inspira instead. My drink would have been $1 cheaper there with great service. Plus they happily give me all the cream I want...

Ok please don't go to this Starbucks. Kristen was rude I was standing aside and she yelled at me that the line was on the other side I said I'm not in line my husband was. Then she rolled her eyes at me. Then we got up to order and I asked for a coffee extra shot and a dragonflies lemonade no ice and she was rude and said they are not allowed to do that it has to have ice. I said that's funny cause I just ordered it yesterday like that she said there a Kroger and Kroger can't do that I said I ordered it from a Kroger yesterday she said well we don't. Then we got our drinks and the coffee taste burnt and the dragonflies taste bad. Kristen and Alyssa need to be retrained cause they were rude and I have never had a problem like this...

The barista was really rude. I walked in knowing I wanted to purchase a cup that was on sale. I asked her for the price just to be sure that it was still on sale and she told me the price is at the bottom. I was like I know I understand that, but can you please just scan it and then she’s like it’s 2499 and then she scan and she’s like oh 99 she’s like 18 and I’m like OK.
