This food truck is amazing place to come have any type food indulgence. Come during the morning or come in the evening this lunch truck has you covered. I must say perhaps it’s a special broth they use or have a recipe for. But what has me realizing that the food is simply amazingly done and prepared has to be ( 12 ) out of ( 10 ). I meen just the sheer amount of delectably delicious food that has been made with the simplicity of the meal service to go along with great food. The food is a house specialty made from scratch.

Birria ( it’s beef slow cooked in a broth along with Mexican spices to tenderize the beef for long periods of hours before serving )

The broth with the beef make an exquisite dish add some simple ingredients such as ( lime,salt,cilantro,onion and a little bit of chili sauce to bring you an appetizer that Will bring you back to life ) giving that special dish another meaning to exquisite food. Although most visitors whom come here looking for regular tacos such as ( chicken,pastor,asada,lengua,sesos etc. ) are not able to find them here as it’s a birria specialty truck, Specialized in the beef broth along with the beef it has to offer., The beef can be made into other other items such as taco’s, tortas, burritos etc but do have other proteins available. Please do not let the lack of protein discourage you from trying out this place. I give it a recommend rating of ( 14 ) out ( 10 ) witch is a very respectable Don’t miss out on this local Jem if you haven’t tried this place your truly missing out.,

I honestly was expecting to be satisfied comparing it to East LA location. But was disappointed it had no comparison just dame name. The birria was a bit on dry side. I ordered the tacos quesadilla and torta and none was outstanding. They only offer red salsa, wish they had green too. Out of the 3 items the quesadilla was ok and the torta would be better if they added beans to it. I guess if your craving its ok, but can be better for a location that specializes in...
