I was charged for and never received my online order… And then I get an email saying they want to be paid again for that order that I didn’t receive when I already paid for it. They want to be paid twice for something I didn’t receive this company is terrible. I wish I could get a refund on my membership because I don’t feel comfortable shopping there and I don’t wanna give them my money anymore. Don’t do business and don’t buy anything online you won’t receive what you order and they’re gonna try to double charge you when you don’t receive charging you twice for something you didn’t receive is ridiculous. It’s bad enough they charged me once for something I didn’t receive now they want to charge me twice for something I didn’t receive. I absolutely refuse to give another penny of my money to this corporation. I’d like a full Refund on my executive plus membership!! I don’t condone giving my money to thieves… This was not handled the proper way my order was not received, and it was paid for and then it was demanded to get paid for a second time after I showed proof that I paid. I have proof that I paid and I have proof that I did not receive it yet they want to charge me a second time. I fully plan on making an issue of this situation. I was not treated with dignity as a customer at the store. I have to figure out how to get in contact with small claims because I want my $60 back and they’re not getting it a second time it wasn’t even a large order but my order did not get delivered and I was charged I already paid and all they want to charge twice for an order I did not receive TWICE. I already paid for that order and I did not receive the order. These people will steal your money. They’re liars and they’re deceptive. I want a full refund on my executive membership. This company doesn’t deserve my business or my money… Take your business and your money somewhere else where they actually appreciate you and value you as a customer. It’s truly sad how they’re willing to just throw a customer away over $60… Enjoy the $60 the company ripped off and stole from me because you’re losing a customer over it I hope other people leave your company too. It’s not worth losing a customer over but to Costco apparently it is. They really didn’t deliver my order and try to charge me two times not just once twice!!!! Twice!! They’re demanding being paid a second time for an order I did not receive once. I did not receive anything from an order and I was charged for the order twice. Shame on you Costco do better $60 is nothing to your company, but I spend way more than that in store every month and they just throw customers away and disrespect us for 60$ absolutely disgusting behavior in such a huge company I want a refund on my executive membership. Grabbed a product specifically because it was on sale. Get to self check register, item is not ringing up on sale. You'd think this would be a quick, maybe 2 minute price check? Nope. Manager who is standing at the front, talking to 4 other employees (not business related mind you) calls over the radio for a price check. 8 minutes slowly passes, I'm still standing here twiddling my thumbs. Countless customers staring at me wondering what I'm doing just standing at self checkout. Employees start asking if I'm okay. Yes, I'm fine, waiting on your Store Manager to either walk his butt over and check a sign, or have his employees respect himself and the customer enough to check this price in a timely manner. Finally get confirmation on the price, the manager grabs the self checkout person who was "helping" me, to have him ring me up on a separate register. "We're REALLY going to do this, over $3?!" says the employee to his Manager. You'd think Ron Vachris is taking the money directly from the employees pocket if he has to do a price change, based on their reaction.
Today, at self checkout. I understand there are four separate lines. All 8 registers were being used, another shopper and I were waiting in a line, with not a single other person around us. The lady running the checkout felt the need to tell us three times that there are separate lines. We acknowledged her, and said we will move to the line to the left if it opens. Her response was "Well is someone comes around the corner and takes your spot you're out of luck!" in a rather snotty tone, and goes to the same manager from the price check from before and clearly had something to say about me as they kept looking in my direction, eye roll, it's obvious. If you're gonna talk smack about customers in retail, you must work on hiding it better, rookies.
Optical department wouldn't take a photo of my prescription. It's a simple fill in the blank on your paper, with the info on my (photo) paper. I offered to fill out the 6 boxes for them, and that didn't go over well. Went to Tumwater, and they sure took the 2 minutes to copy information from one paper, to another.

Most of the employees treat customers like we're thieves, they check our entire purchase, they rummage through it to count each item, they only put one employee to check and the lines are super long. The attitude of the majority with a bad face, bad manners and yelling at the members when they enter through the exit to go to the bathroom, tires, membership or food. They yell at you where the membership is, I show them my membership, the employee Simon today at 10:40 am. Alone with a very long line to check out and to be able to leave with a bad face he yells at me Where are you going? I didn't know that I had to scan the membership to go to the bathroom, which is difficult to enter and then go through the checkout to go to the bathroom. They also look at you badly for going through the members and their purchases. Simon with a bad attitude and in a contemptuous way tells me in English and then yells at me in Spanish. I am American but my second language is English, I do not master it 100 percent. I could not respond in time in English where I was going, I felt intimidated that he yelled at me in front of the long line and I basically stood there stunned. Costco has stores in Puerto Rico and in many Spanish-speaking countries. But with respect to people who speak Spanish, they do not receive the same treatment, customer service all options in English being a multi-million dollar company. Customer service is terrible. Like other smaller companies, they think and take care of their customers with languages. Simon tells me that he has a long line and is alone. For that reason he yelled at me in that way and in a negative way. I told him in Spanish how bad the correction made me. He apologized but this is happening with many employees who yell at you in a negative manner.
