We just waited like 20 minutes for our smoothies, there was us and another couple that's it. The girls working there talked to the couple the entire time, as other customers started file in we noticed every single customer was served before we were. 5-6 in total. Then the blonde said "I have no idea where I'm at" multiple times, none of them did.
We had the mega mango and pomegranate paradise. At one point they asked amongst themselves "who had the pomegranate paradise" and another one said "i have no idea". I said "I'm still waiting on both smoothies" and they totally ignored me and went back to talking and we waited longer.
Maybe if they spent less time talking it wouldn't have been so packed and they'd know what their orders are. It wasn't just ours they were confused on. I totally get being human but we were treated really poorly and the manager disappeared in the back and never once came out to help ease the chaos. They got our name wrong, we waited forever, and were truly ignored. Just honestly ridiculous, we will never come back to this location. We could drive further to a different one and still save time compared to how much we wasted waiting on them to finish talking and get back to our two small smoothies 😂😂
Also, I overheard the blonde be snippy with one of the other girls and say "that needs to get out like now" but she was arguably the slowest one and the most confused on what she was doing. She repeatedly said she didn't know what to do if a smoothie overflowed. She should get her act together before she talks to someone else...
Read moreI love Jamba Juice. Coming from California from where they are everywhere to Washington to we can't hardly find them I was excited to find one in Lacey. It's been a few years since I had one. All drinks were made face and fresh, but the only thing I would say they didn't do was greet their customers as we walked in. No eye contact, no welcome, nothing. The guy handing out drinks kept talking to one of his customer friends about what was happening to so and so's boyfriend etc. and how they will get together and hang out. Once everyone else was taken care of still no "hi can I help you" or anything. Have been a granddaughter to a business owner of a similar business this would not have flown with my grandparents. So it's a bit of a pet peeve of mine. The kid at the register also needs to slow down when explaining products. I am sure he's an excellent employee since hes fast, but we had a hard time keeping up with his words. Overall we would go back, but I just wanted to be honest since I was raised in a...
Read moreIf i didnt have to give them even one star to rate them i surely would not. I ordered bowls as large smoothies with add ins and waited. They produced bowls for me. When i kindly let the girl know they were special ordered as smothies she blended them and poured them in medium cups. When she went to hand them to me they were not even full medium sized cups so i explained again what had been ordered. The girl got very upset and threw out that she was the team lead. As a team lead, she should have apologized for the misunderstanding and made it right. Instead with a store full of customers and my 20 minute wait she refused to fix and resolve the issue. I asked for a refund and she slammed the smoothies down in the back then proceeded to refund me. Sadly, this experience has led me to not visit this location anymore. More training needs to be given when children work customer service. Especially as a lead. Poor leadership skills were shown with a crowded store...
