Read moreTHIS PLACE NEEDS A SERIOUS DEEP CLEANING & MAYBE EVEN A RENOVATION!!! As Im standing in line for atleast 30 mins I look around and notice how dusty and filthy the place is. The picture frames on the wall were so sticky and had a thick layer of dust on them. The ceilings look discolored and what looks like black spots could possibly be signs of mold. When I started ordering I noticed a dust bunny falling right in front of my face from the ceiling. I couldn't believe it. It was so distracting that I couldn't even get my order out my mouth. Then I noticed how dusty the shelf top of the window in front of me was layered with dust as well. Not to mention how messy and dirty their frozen plate & surrounding workspace is. It's very obvious that they don't clean like they should. The place is filthy. It literally was my first time in there and I'm never going back!!!
Update from my visit lastnight on March 18, 2023. I ordered the Birthday Cake to go, which has a brownie in it. When I got home I put my ice cream in the freezer bc it was soft and melted. So tonight I thought I would eat my ice cream and only after 2 spoons I found a long piece of lint in my brownie. I immediately threw it away. I was so disgusted but I'm not surprised.
This brings me back to my initial post about how filthy this location is. I will be calling today to make a complaint. I seriously think this place needs to shut down for a week to have it deep cleaned.
Also, one of their employees that night does not practice good sanitary habits. She doesn't wear gloves when refilling the toppings. When the m&ms spilled she used her bare hands to scoop the spilled m&ms into it's container. She also doesn't wear gloves when trying to clean the frozen plates & did a very poor job at cleaning the plates.

Read moreI go here pretty often probably more than I should admit. Most times service is great. Tonight I went in and wasn't too busy but could see they were a little behind with uber orders. I was and am a over patient person and waited and waited and waited, there was 3 of them working, then a younger man walks right past me and starts helping the next person because I am nice I didn't say a word so I waited even longer until finally the girl that was doing her best to deal with the annoying uber orders asked if I've been help and I told her no she told the young man that he skipped me and in a customer service world you would just say sorry for that or something instead he says oh I usually go to whoever speaks up first and I only replied with I was standing right in for my of you and them. He walks away and continues with the original customer. The young lady had asked the girl whose name is Jhene in which I have had help me a few times now and I was actually happy that she was assisting me. The only reason besides my addiction to the ice cream that I gave this 5 starts and not 1 is because Jhene was amazing. Every time I have had her she is always smiling and asks how my day or night is going. Her customer service is hard to come by these days especially in that age group, it was very refreshing. She turned a what could have been an annoying night into a happy one, her coworker should thank her.
