Always there are something you end up buying, this time was shopping to get toys for my puppies and they had a great selection I bought set of small colorful tennis balls and puppy soft stuff animal toy and couple of squeezy ones for them and they love it. On home section also was looking to get a pan 🥘 like this one and never found one but this time I got lucky and there was one with hi quality for $29.00 there are plenty of pan 🍳 like this with long handle but never with handle on both side and deep. I got all clad brand for $100 from Macy's and is larger and I use it once in while when is family get together. But this one from marshalls for $29 since I bought it almost using it for everyday cooking and is very handy. Love the home section and pet section. I also bought a body lotion for $7 but it wasn't good and it was very sticky had to wash it off from my hands and going to return it seems like this one was sitting there for a long time. This location was my favorite location to go to but not anymore. The store Manager Anna P is very rude and unprofessional! Last weekend I went to this location and purchased 7 items from this location and I paid about $120. They hired lots of young employees that don’t have that much experience recently. Today after a week went to return 3 of my items that I didn’t want they told me they can not refund me for 2 items because I didn’t pay for them from the beginning. The way manager was talking to me it was like I took those items without paying and now I want refund for something I didn’t pay. They refunded me only for one item and the other two they just took it without paying me back. My receipt was showing them I purchased 7 items and was returning 3! I took the manager’s name to complain because she accused me for shoplifting!!! I just...

My mom was accused of picking apart a $16.99 Easter wreath when trying to return it at this store. Two women (supposedly managers?) confronted her in line, in front of many people, took the wreath, examined it (saying pieces were missing), accused her, and would not accept the return. The management at this store is rude, accusatory, and embarrassing. I am disappointed and mortified that she would be treated this way, and if I had been there, corporate would have been contacted. I hope these women are ashamed. If this was caught on camera, I hope proper measures are taken and they are dealt with. What a way to run what is supposed to be a nice store! We have spent years going to Marshalls and affiliated stores, and I no longer care to support them if this is how they allow their customers...
