The price was $10 cheaper than the lowest price on when searching via maps. It is a motel not a fancy hotel, but it is a nice place to stay. Simple room, but there is a desk “bar” a flat screen TV, Microwave, and coffee maker. The bath room looked to have been recently renovated, with tile and a glass walk in shower. The shower head is in the celling, so you get the “rain” type shower. The water was hot and fast to get hot. The room was chilly, and the heater on the wall was set to max, however they provided a space heater that did the job after about two hours. In the morning I took the heater to the bathroom and had a nice warm shower in a warm room. The bed was a foam bed, and had a tight fitted sheet on it, so no wrinkles. The bed was very comfy. The hospitality was great. I would stay here again.

I’m confused as to why this place has such good reviews. We’re traveling through from WA to SC, and we decided to stay here because the reviews were good for the price. Our stay seems to have been an outlier, though. Our room was pretty gross. There was old rice scattered across the floor and large fur balls poking out from behind furniture and in corners. Luckily we travel with a hand vacuum in case we spill cat litter, so we filled our hand vacuum cleaning the room. The bed skirt was covered in stains, and the bed side table had someone’s dirty socks in it. I woke up the next day with an eye infection (whether this was related to the room is not totally clear, but data suggests it is likely). The man at the front desk was super nice to us, but overall, we were extremely disappointed with our stay. I wish I’d shelled out the $40 extra to stay somewhere better.

Overall, I’d say you’re taking a risk if you stay here. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to avoid this place. But based on other reviews, my experience doesn’t seem universal.

Pros: friendly staff, parked ~3 steps from our room, walking distance to a few cool restaurants. Sort of fenced pet area (no grass, if that matters to you, though).

Cons: very dirty room. One of the more expensive but worst...

This place is a total hidden gem. Easy walking distance (2-3 blocks) to restaurants and bars. Affordable, recently and nicely remodeled, clean, quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Do yourself a favor and forget the brands out by the highway! THIS is the good spot!!||I was here for five nights just relaxing during an extended road trip and I couldn’t be more delighted. Two tiny complaints: 1) my room didn’t have a desk to work at or a chair to sit in—think high top seating at a bar. Looks great with the remodeled decor but uncomfortable for long periods at the laptop and 2) it’s time to replace the mattress. Mine was old and very spongy to sleep on. The prosperous very quiet so sleep was no issue but a newer mattress would’ve been even better.||I can’t rave enough about the location! EVERYTHING Laramie has to offer is right here. Restaurants, bars, grocery, gas is all RIGHT HERE. You simply cannot improve on this location in town. And wait til you see how they replaced the pool!! Truly a...

We stayed at the Travel Inn for the Eclipse 2017. Our room had a hardwood floor instead of carpet, which I prefer. The beds were very comfortable and I like the fact that each bed had 3 pillows so we had 6 pillows to choose from and were assured of finding the perfect fit. There is a beautiful water garden and koi pond in the front, with lawn chairs, a barbecue and a gas fire pit. It's the perfect spot for relaxing and mingling with other guests, or for playing that crazy toss the bean bag in the hole game. Zachary, the owner, is a wonderfully friendly and accomodating person. Many people didn't know where to go for the best viewing of the Eclipse so he invited everyone to follow his family to the spot they'd selected. We had an excellent time and saw the total Eclipse for just under 2 minutes. I'd recommend this Inn to anyone traveling...
