We just had our second visit in one week to the Laramie Chocolate Barn, and it was every bit as amazing as the first.

The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warm, rich aroma of chocolate and the charming atmosphere of a truly special place. Shelves and display cases are filled with handcrafted chocolates, unique gifts, and irresistible treats — it’s a chocolate lover’s dream.

This time, we put together a custom selection of truffles, including salted caramel, mocha, dark pecan clusters, and more — and every single one was out of this world. Each truffle was perfectly crafted, bursting with flavor and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. You can taste the love and care in every bite.

And we absolutely must mention the owner — so friendly and welcoming! Her passion for what she does shines through.

I spent five days in Laramie while waiting on road closures and found myself there every evening for chocolates to take back to the hotel. The last day I got extra to take home. The owner, Carrie was a joy to visit with, and the last day I got to meet her mother, who is just as personable. The Chocolate Cellar has a variety of chocolates, caramels, and truffles. They also have jelly beans, hard candies, seasonal items and great cards and gifts. They carry Tara Pappas (local artist) cards, art, stickers and gifts. They have tea towels, pottery and mugs. Most recently, I got some unique COVID themed cards (encouragement and friendly verse) which are done by 2 sisters in Colorado. I can always find a unique gift for others or a nice treat for myself.
