Their staff are always very kind and a pleasure to work with. My point of criticism is that of improper training. I attempted to call in an order for pickup using a coupon from QDOBA. The coupon is for 50% off a second order when purchasing an entree at full price. Despite the coupon stating that this offer was valid for in-person or call-in orders, I was told otherwise. First, the first-line employees weren't even trained to handle a coupon as the mention of it through them for a loop, causing them to ask the other employees around them how to deal with a coupon (heard the conversations in the background as I was not put on hold). I was then told that they didn't think they could take coupons - to which I responded by reading them the coupon verbatim. After consulting with their manager, they told me that their manager stated it could only be redeemed in-person, again, despite the fine print stating otherwise. Ended up choosing different establishment this time around. So, I don't blame the employees as they are simply failed by their supervisors and handled the situation with class. I suggest that all employees, but especially managers, are properly trained and understand the basic fundamentals therein the coupons...
Read morePlaced an online order. They use doordash as a delivery system, so we recieved an order and it was incorrect. We called, and they said we had to go through Doordash. So, we hung up, and tried to call Doordash. Since we ordered online through Qdoba, there was no record on the Doordash app. So we called Qdoba again. This time, they were extremely rude (manager included). We tried to explain the situation again, and they got mad and told us to call the Doordasher. The Doordasher (who was incredibly sweet) went back to get the order. When he dropped off the food, the bag was ripped badly. He apologized, said the manager threw it at him and yelled at him.
Aside from this not being the end of the world in general, the way the manager handled the situation was far out of line. I understand they could have been busy and I am not angry they got the food wrong (I mean mistakes happen). But, it was not the drivers fault the order was wrong (they just hand you the bag and you leave, with Covid you're not really allowed to check as a driver) and they did not have to treat the...
Read moreGo literally anywhere else in town for a better experience. Even if you go to Maria's, Corona Village, or a number of other sit-down eateries, you will have a better experience in every way, for about the same cost and time spent waiting.
Easily the worst Qdoba in the entire state. Store can be completely empty, and you will still wait 10+ minutes to have your food in your hand. Employees are rude (likely, simply overworked or poorly managed), and under-trained, managers are rude, and lazy, often refusing to step in and help employees when they are clearly overwhelmed.
Online orders are especially bad. Employees will stand around, pretending to not notice you waiting for minutes before even starting your order, that was placed and paid for 5-10 minutes before you even walked in. Ordering from them on Doordash is even worse, with food consistently taking much longer than food from respectable sit-down joints, even during peak dinner rushes.
