Finally, a perfect night's rest! My wife and I had gone to this location a month ago (Seal Beach PCH) looking for a good mattress. We were greeted by a young, pleasant girl. Although she was nice, she didn't seem interested in helping us. She did look to see if there was a mattress in stock, but she never told us that there was a financing program that could help us, so we left. We ended up buying a mattress from Macy's that we were not pleased with. So yesterday, we decided to go back to Mattress Firm to see if the original mattress that we believed we liked would be a fit for us. We were greeted by a young man with glasses and a beard, named Lionel. He said he was from a different location, but was working as a stand-in at this location. He joyfully greeted us and was very kind. He asked if he could help, and we told him we knew of a mattress that we thought we already liked. He was like, 'Great, let's see what we can do for you.' He was able to find that same mattress, brand new, and it could be shipped to us. He also said there was financing available through Progressive. So my wife downloaded the app and was qualified immediately. From that point on, everything was great. Not only did we get a new mattress, but he also introduced us to and let us try several different pillows. We found two very nice pillows to go with our new mattress. The customer service was beyond what we expected, especially since our first experience wasn't like that. We're excited for the delivery of our new bed, and we know we're finally going to get a good night's sleep. Thank you, Lionel! It was my wife's first time to go mattress shopping at specialized store. We got to this location in the morning and was greeted by Miguel. The experience we had was quite exceptional. We were on a mattress journey laying on all the different products as he catered each step based on our responses to his questions on sleep patterns, routines, comfort. He was able to add some personal experience and sleep knowledge tid bits. It was kinda fun to contemplate the interaction while laying down or activating features on the adjustable foundation. They definitely had a wide selection of quality and price points as well as the option for "as-is" mattresses that could be sold at a discount just because they have minor issues.
