Read moreWe stopped by here and the food was great but the service was something I rarely experience at this level. I met an employee here by the name of Shariah. I don’t usually ask for names but haven’t ran across retail service like this in a while. She was amazingly welcoming and kind. I own a small business and am seriously considering offering her a job after not only enjoying my experience with her but also watching her as she interacted with customers in the cafe. She proved a truly legendary service. I’m not sure who owns this restaurant but you should hang on to this one because someone is very likely to try and steal her for their own team. The amazing environment she creates not only for her team but also appeared to even have a natural leadership amongst her coworkers that created an above and beyond environment as small simple out of the ordinary request were accomplished seamlessly with no effort and no frustrations shown to the customers. An example during the experience was asking if they had red onions for the burger which wasn’t standard for this restaurant. She simply grinned and looked over at a coworker asking them to accomplish adding these red onions to a burger and everyone grinned and said they’d make it happen. Again in the cafe she said hi and connected with us. This lady is...
Read moreI'd give it a hard 3.5 if I could with an "A" for effort. The staff is new and trying really hard. The person who reviewed earlier and said the fries were too salty and the burger was too greasy is dead on right. The fries are shoestring style so they get cold quickly. I do not think the burger was nearly as good as a Five Guys burger (sure do miss those flexible toppings), though the pricing and the size are about the same. Burger prices start at $8.29 and go up from there. It was ok but I'm not paying $15 for a hamburger meal unless they improve. Seriously, I live less than a 1/2 mile away and my burger was soaked with grease before I got home; these guys need to learn how to scrape the grill before adding more patties. Contributing to atmosphere score of 3... the parking lot is way too small for a busy restaurant. The hospital staff parks their cars right behind the restaurant and busses employees to work so it's always full. Between double-sided parking in the actual restaurant parking lot, there is only enough space for one car to drive thru. It's best to come in from the back to the drive thru lanes. If you drive a larger truck and intend on eating in the dining room, park on the drive thru side and make the walk - car spaces are small...
