I bought a bath/shower combo from the Longview store and before installation it looked fine but once installed the back wall began flexing inward and had a large bubble in it. After my sub contractor and a fiberglass repairman inspected it, they concluded it was unrepairable due to the back wall being made to thin in comparison to the rest of the walls. I tried returning it to the store with receipt and they would not stand behind their product because it had been installed. I tried explaining to the manager David that it was not noticeable until after installed. His reply was that he couldn’t do anything with it and that I could put it on Facebook or eBay to try to sell it.
