My wife received her mother’s jewelry and she wanted something that she could wear made out of a necklace. We took the necklace to Russell in hopes he could do something she would love with the stones. We visited with him for quite a while and during that time, he never once pressured us or pushed us into something that we didn’t want. He took time with us and listened to what my wife would like to have. She figured out what she really wanted and made a decision. She returned to pick up the pieces and she was overwhelmed at the results. Russell took 3 of the stones out of the necklace and put them in a band that she purchased from him and the remaining stones remained in the necklace. She has a beautiful ring and a necklace. The guy was the coolest did business with him no problems ran into this lady in here she continued to insult my jewelry and tell me it was “costume jewelry” after they have already worked on it before my necklace is 100% real. After i told her she was being rude she refused service once a older white couple came in. Once i was walking out she told them the ones like him is what give them a bad name! A life changing experience by going here. I kept hearing about this place on the radio, and decided it was time to get my engagement ring fixed. I broke it after several attempts of opening my dog kennel. My ring kept getting hung between the wire, and one day it gave in. I thought it was impossible to get it back the way it looked before.
