Jul, 2022 Update - No longer recommend. Monday Lunch special has gone up to $7.99 - from "just ok" value to "I'll pass" value to go along with "just ok" food. I've said in other reviews, the owner is the worst manager ever and now I have no reason to go there at all. Papacitas has a $5.50 Enchilada Special on Tuesdays. See ya!

Aug, 2021 Update - Well, nothing lasts forever. Monday Lunch special has gone up to $5.99 - from good value to ok value to go along with ok food.

Great weekday specials. We go every Monday for $4.99 enchiladas. The food is good (not the best but certainly not the worst). Another great lunch stop! Updated...Was 4 stars, now 3 stars. Stopped in for takeout today. Though it says on Google that Little Mexico is not open in the dining room (assuming it just hasn't been updated), it is. They have moved and the atmosphere is not...the same. I really liked the Tex-Mex theme at the old location, didn't you? I still like the food at Little Mexico though the Monday special is now $4.99 and management has gotten "creative" with pricing. Now, if you want more than a very small bag of chips with your takeout, it will cost an additional $2. This is in contrast to every other Tex-Mex restaurant I know of...when you dine-in or order an entree for takeout, you can request as much chips and hot sauce as you want within reason and without additional charge. The cost is so minimal, it's just good business. In this case, it will not stop me from eating at Little Mexico but it definitely impacted my experience and possibly how many times I eat there. Worse experience . I come here a lot but today was my last time . They raised prices and I get that . When I asked lady about it she said it’s always been those prices . My husband showed them how they were not online prices still reflect old prices . Owner said they did change them . Then get home first two orders came with fries that were not fully cooked still cold in middle so we were disappointed after paying 18.99 for a burrito meal that comes with fries that were still cold in middle . Then I ordered steak fajita which should be labeled veggie fajitas pictures included . The owner is very nice but I think I could of been given more beef then this for 20 bucks was not up to par today I came two nights in a row but even though I like the owner that’s not enough to have me keep coming back. Been many mistakes so many that I can’t keep paying for all their mistakes . Last time I ordered beef and white cheese enchilada they brought me yellow cheese and beef and and they took them back and brought me white cheese enchilada but no beef ! I told them forget it I’ll just eat them . The mistakes happens so much though. I used to pay to get charro beans instead but they always forget them so stopped ordering them . My family and I came upon this restaurant during our thanksgiving vacation traveling from Houston to Arkansas. The food wasn’t all that great and we sat under 2 speakers that were uncomfortably loud. So much so we couldn’t hold a conversation let alone understand what our waiter was saying. The real reason I have to give them one star is not because of the food or the service but because of the feeling of being segregated. After our original waitress who was bilingual was replaced with a spanish speaking waitress I wondered where she had gone and noticed that she was working in a section of the restaurant that was hard to notice unless you where led over there filled with Caucasian people. Apparently it seemed we had been led to the Latino side of the restraunt. Walking out I stayed around the lobby to see if it was just in my head and every time a Caucasian family came in they where led to the left and every time a Latino family came in they where led to the right. The left side was quiet and bright filled with Caucasian people while the right side was loud, gloomy and Latino. I couldn’t help but laugh and wondered if they had segregated restrooms. Would have been a better atmosphere if they would just seat everyone together rather then Caucasian with Caucasian and Latinos with Latinos. One star for the...
