Read moreOverall good experience. Driving into the lot was stressful, my google maps GPS took us over a double yellow line to a one way entrance (South La Brea Ave). We could have just made a left at the light (turned left onto Venice Blvd.) and gone in the safe way. Customer service was decent, we ordered around 10:30 pm and the lady taking our order sounded very tired and ready to go home (I will not be saying her name as we were not treated badly in any way, she just sounded very tired.) We ordered a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Chicken Quesadilla, Doritos Locos Taco (nacho cheese one) and when we pulled up to the window I also added a Chalupa. (I asked for the Chalupa with just meat and cheese though.) We pulled over in the parking lot where there was lots of parking and hardly anyone there. The 5 layer burrito tasted great but it fell apart in my hands, I don't think it was wrapped very well. No complaints about the quesadilla or doritos locos taco (my husband and son ate them and said they were great). When we got to the Chalupa though I was pretty sad because they added everything on it (I'm allergic to tomatoes). I will take some of the responsibility for that as I should have ordered it at the screen, not the window. While we were eating I did see the same lady that took our order bringing out orders for curbside pickup in the freezing cold. Gained back some points for that! (They all had their masks on...
Read moreAs side from feeling ignored, my older daughter and special needs daughter still decided to dine-in. While eating a homeless gentleman entered the restaurant and was very dirty and disturbed. My daughters and I did feel uncomfortable while eating. I was waiting and hoping the employees will escort him out as it was very obvious the homeless gentleman was not a buying customer. The Taco bell employees did nothing but let the homeless man yell and make us feel uncomfortable. he started staring at us and whispered to give him my food. I told him “Im sorry I only have enough food for my daughters”.The homeless man got mad and started to throw at us some scraps of trash he had in his hands. I instantly got up and went to the employees yelling for help. My daughters then ran to me extremely scared and in panic mode. The homeless man took that time to take the rest of our food and ran off. The employees at Taco bell had no remorse for us and just looked at us like if we didn’t almost get attacked while dining. Taco bell has been a place where we choose to eat. But after this horrible/like threatening experience, I don’t feel comfortable going again. Who is being...
