Home Center Department Store KY #2 — Hotel in Louisville

I bought my 1st home this year & was super excited to purchase my bedroom suite for my new home! I went to Home Center with my mom & sisters where the salesperson America was an absolute sweetheart meanwhile all the other employees, not sure if they're all related or not, were following & harassing my mother and sisters all around the store. As I was waiting for my finance application to be processed, I too then started looking at other inventory in the store which I then noticed I was being followed too. Fast forward to the delivery of my furniture day, 2 men arrived to assemble my bedroom suite so l met them on the porch to considerably hold the storm door open since they obviously would not be able to. As they entered the home to go up the steps I hear 2 loud "BOOMS" as I'm closing back the storm door, & I immediately think the men either dropped the furniture or fell down the steps, but I seen both men were OK & continuing up the steps & didn't think anything of it until I looked up and noticed there were now DENTS on my wall above the steps! Mind you, my house was built August '24 so I'm the FIRST owner. So I go upstairs to see if I'm given an apology or any acknowledgement about my wall.. NOTHING !! Plus the men originally started setting up in the wrong room after I had already told them where the furniture is going, so they moved down the hall to the master where they should've originally been, then I went back downstairs to get out their way and inspect these damages! I took pictures, called my mom to let her know another stunt this store has pulled and as I was about to call the store, one of the men came down and asked for my receipt for the delivery. I handed the guy the papers in which he ripped off the 1st page & they both left like nothing even happened ? When I called the store to report this, the manager I think whose name was Daniel? took my ph#, had me send the pics and told me callback in a week but when I did he basically put the blame on ME stating "how does he know I didn't do that myself" even though I sent pics with TIME STAMPS !!! This place is a FRAUD & CORRUPT !!! Lastly, even the guy at the register kept switching & making up his own prices trying to scam my mother when she was checking out when we were in the store. DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!! I would've gave only 1 star but I appreciated America's customer service & patience with me looking for my bedroom suite but everybody else is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL AS EVER. May not mean much to the next person cause it's not their house, it's MINE & THE PRINCIPLE OF...

I am from Kentucky, Lexington, they came to me on several sites because I am commenting on the furniture that I have bought has a lot of defects and will come to me again. They received me the best reception until they got the money and then I bought the furniture, but the surprise happened that there were defects that needed to be repaired and I was I called to exchange it or return it, but to no avail, but after that they were not responding to any call and until now the goods need repair because from the first week they have been damaged, so they have no conscience or morals, they have caused the whole family to despair and distrust, especially since we bought furniture for the new home and it was a surprise Until now, they are indifferent, neither to suspending nor criticizing nor submitting a complaint ...

And they deducted some of the money for the purchases when we wanted to return it due to a defect in it so that they do not allow us to express our opinion, which forced us to evaluate their bad...

It was me and my husband's first time visiting this store he had been promising me that we would go and check them out so we did. When we first walked up to go into the store there was a gentleman and a older man that greeted us as we were going into the store I guess he was the owner are somone who was managing the store cause he came in talking in a foreign language with authority to a lady at the cashier's desk in the front of the store. Well after that we decided to look around and a few of the workers asked if they could assist us in looking for items in the store. The store was neat and organized they had a variety of items from cleaning products to home furniturings. Some items were pricey and some reasonably priced. Well I was looking for a teapot which I fount while my husband was looking for a area rug and one of the lady workers came over and helped us to find one that was on sale which made my husband very happy. I would say that we had a good experience...
