This is ur average low cost trucker type of hotel ,there are only so many rooms but most are set up as small utility studios but I do have to say it's more then what most hotels in this price range would be it's clean as they do keep up with that part but it's very old and kinda ran down but slowly getting updates like bigger flat screen tvs were added compared to the old box style they had last year.the furniture and bedding is very old .sum of the rooms are smaller and ur basic hotel room while others are slightly bigger with Mimi fridges and microwaves.Ihave never seen a bug ever in this place and as they areimited on space, and are very cheap they do charge per the person and have a select for they do rent by the week or month, and most the others are by the night or even by the hour,Wich is very rare in most cases but I think this can be a very good thing for someone out of town just trying to get a couple hours of shut eye and relaxation at an affordable rate in a nice area and not have to be worried about being bothered othern then by the wake up call and minute minder for check out (Wich if ur a person that hits snooze alot tipping the desk girl and asking for a lil extra time usually always works,if there not buisy. How ever this would not be a great place for annon smoker I'm sure there might be a non smoking room or 2 but with that few of rooms and all being connected I'm sure they all smell of smoke.so a recommendation for a non smoker,..anyone else that isn't bothered by this it's a great cheap alternative for a place to catch sum z's for cheap and not having to worry about being bothered by strangers as that has happened to me in other hotels that were this cheap I got bothered alot and the hotel worker did nothing at those unmentionables the employee s here (you can tell it's family owned)would put a stop to it right away and if it was continued would call the police ,but anyone staying somewhere like this is trying to relax and enjoy themselves, the lady that runs the front desk most the time is very nice,.. I almost want to give 4 stars just for her customer service. And to wrap this up ,the bottom line Pro's: it's a cheap clean place to get sum rest.Con's: If your looking for something fancy this is not it,and good luck on getting non smoking,..If these aren't big worries and u need to save the extra money...
Read moreI was reading a lot of comments and people keep talking negative about it. Well, what do you expect for $65 nowadays cheapest hotel room is for $165 and more so you get exactly what you paid for sure. the places rundown this place has been here for years and years and years and a lot of people go in and out so when you have dirty people live in it of course they’re not gonna take care of the place so it’s called wear and tear. definitely needs a lot of love and TLC, but you can’t complain you saw it online and you still decided to come here and then you have a nerve to complain, but the staff is really friendly. It’s definitely quiet and peaceful not a lot to do around there, but you got what you paid for and yes, it has holes in the sheets because it’s a smoking room and I think a lot of people that do drugs rent that place so they definitely burn sheets, and they DONT make a lot of money to UPGRADE it. I would say if they took about $2000 for each room to upgrade it then no one would complain but then again they probably make $1500 or less every day from people renting it but then they have to pay utilities rent and everything else so they don’t make a lot of money to upgrade But once they do that the prices will definitely go up. it’s not the best place but it’s not the worst. Don’t come here rent room if you’re gonna complain pay three times the amount and get a better room then. But no matter where people go negative Nancy’s will always find a reason to...
Read moreThe 1st clue I should have noted was that, on a night when every motel in town was sold out, there were only a couple of cars in this crack house's lot. Then, once inside, I asked for a vacancy and was told one was available for $73. Given I was tired of driving bleary-eyed at 2 a.m. and everything else was sold out, I took my chances. The key opened the door to what had to be a drug den, complete with an eyes-burning odor of cigarette and marijuana smoke; a bedside chest with NO drawers; bugs biting me when I sat on the bed to try and get some sleep; a massive hold in the ceiling for a peeping Tom; evidence on the walls of bodily fluids AND solids; an overloaded power strip that would give the fire marshal reason to close this drug den; then, when I went back to return the key and ask for a refund, the man pointed to a "NO REFUNDS" sign. This place should be shut down if only for...
