Arrived in the middle of the 1st quarter of the Rams/Bills game. I sat literally at a table under the real big flat screen to watch the game. I sat there for over 20 minutes watching the servers pass me by without as much as a glimpse of eye contact. I finally got the attention of a manager-type of person and mentioned my concern. He took a moment and told me he would take care of it. A server did finally come to my table and she began attempting to appologize which took even more time to get an ice tea which at that point I was beyond thirsty. She brought a glass full and the menu I requested. She came around again and I asked for the Foul Play sandwich with the tots and some extra tomatoes. After a long time I was beginning to think that my order must not have been submitted and at that point I indicated to my server that I planned to wait no longer than ten more minutes and wouldn't you know it my meal showed up real quick. At that point everything was fluid (although I had to grab my own silverware) the meal was as I expected and just warm enough to convince me that it hadn't been sitting on the kitchen pick-up window for very long. My server appologized for the delay mentioning that there were a shortage of cooks in the kitchen as being the reason for the time that was taken. I then mentioned to her that I had expected some delay due the pool league patrons but I didn't believe that they would be that much of a factor in slowing down producing the food requests. She again appologized and that if/when I would return again when she was there that she would promise to give me 110% of her attention the next time. We exchanged first names and I made a few remarks about my review history regarding dinning out experiences that I've been a part if; by myself as well as those I've shared meals with at sit- down restuarants. My intent when providing these reviews is to give the proprietors of the establishments that I've been to a simple first person account of basically an objective opinion on a case by case basis and if I can offer any suggestions to help promote the positives of a particular business or perhaps ways or areas in which they could improve for future customers to...

As they choose not to train their employees. horrible website as pdf menu doesn't work and outdated and poor info online. No beer list on website and no beer list available in the bar or on the menu? Has to be the Only current USA sports bar chain still open to do this? Several visits and none of the Waitresses knew what beers they even served? And waitresses cannot answer any questions correctly on food menu? Hot shots has turned into a domestic beer low class trash bar chain. Not recommended unless you like overpriced watered down domestic beer and sitting alone watching sports. Hotshots seems to be always empty on big sports nights for a reason, you guessed it, we left and went to another local Irish bar, Which was packed with sports fans for a simple reason. Great online website and pics. Sports on tvs. Great Beer, Drink and food choices and waitresses who knew the menu and provided great service. This is why Hotshots is not reccommended by me or any of my friends, family,...
Read moreMy friends and I have been to hot shots countless amounts of times and it’s always hit or miss But this was by far the worst service I’ve ever had. We were our servers only table. Our server took 10 minutes to come over and ask what drinks we wanted. Then we saw her smoking in the kitchen. We saw her talking while our food sat in the window and got cold. Then when it was time to get our checks she was talking to someone across the restaurant for 20 minutes. FINALLY when she came back and we asked for our checks she took another 20 minutes to ring us out which she made multiple mistakes on. She messed up what bills had gift cards on them, she charged one persons card to a bill not even at our table. When we told her about the mistakes she didn’t have a care in the world and acted like it wasn’t her problem that she messed with our money. She began to say sarcastic comments to me followed by cursing at me! A paying customer, in front of her manager. Hot shots is a place I normally enjoy but this waitress needs to learn customer service before working at any...
