I ordered two tacos that was right. I ordered tiny tacos with ranch they sent no ranch. I ordered a triple bonus jack combo with sweet n sour sauce onion rings large coke extra ice. I got no triple bonus jack, no sweet n sour sauce, no straw, a random drink 3/4 full with no ice. I ordered a large double jack combo with large curly fry, large diet Dr pepper, and straw. I got no straw. The fries are freezing cold the drink is some random drink no can identify just fruity flavored with no straw. I ordered a large sourdough jack combo large curly fry large lemonade and a straw. I got raw butter bread for my sandwich, fries and sandwich freezing cold, no lemonade and no straw. They also forgot all the sauces. Doordash only refunded me $16 and I had to reorder the missing items putting my meal at really close to $100 because I had to order twice. I am beyond upset. This is uncalled for. I am done with this jack n box which I go to quite often because it is near my house. I am also done with doordash because they don't verify for your stuff before you pick it up. I understand they don't know what's missing because the bags are sealed but they should of noticed a missing drink as it is not in the bag. I'm really upset because we get doordash once a month the kids pick it is a massive treat as we do not have money like that. I usually go myself and pick up food from here but after this I am completely done with Jack n the Box. Also I won't get my $16 refund until I believe it said 12/12. That is crazy. I came back and edited this after attempting to eat the sourdough sandwich the crust was hard a...
Read moreJack In The Box or JBXas I call it, has been a staple for American fast foodies going back to the 1990s when they were purchased by Ralston Purina. This restraunt distinguishes themselves by serving a fun variety of appetizer-like snacks such as mini-tacos, cheesy potato wedges, and churros (now discontinued i believe). These treats compliment their mainstream burger-and-fry menu which can be distinguished from a Hardees or Wendys by JBX's penchant for offering a wider range of exotic toppings and themed burgers, such as the spicy siracha burger and the buttery jack bacon and swiss. When i was a child they had a monster burger, which they advertised as so abnormally intimidating for a burger that it had to be kept chained up in the basement like Boo Radley. Also, the spicy jack sourdough burger, which was my favorite.
JBX has had their downs as well as their up in my lifetime. But, theyve come a long way since the ecoli scare of 1993 (described as "the most infamous food poison outbreak in contemporary history") and the dog-food-burger hoax of 1999. Ive eaten here occasionally for decades, and im usually pretty happy with the food. These days JBX is the only fast food place that puts fresh tomato and lettuce on my burgers. This is important to me because I need to eat vegetables regularly to avoid scurvy. If youre like me and unable to manufacture endogenous vitamin C from eating grass or leaves, or you just want to have a fast food experience that is a little different, then consider eating at JBX. Try the...

I should have known better when the driver in front of me backed out of the drive thru and sped off. When it was my turn I pulled up to the shattered order screen and spoke my order clearly. The employee re-stated my order incorrectly, so I corrected him. He said he couldn't hear. I shouted it a third time and he repeated again that he couldn't hear. I stated that i couldn't speak any more clearly or loudly and that I'd just pull forward to the window.
It turns out they had trouble producing the order for the car in front of me, so I had to be patient -- no problem. When I reached the window and stated my order, the employee said I would have to pull around and start the process all over again because serving me would delay other customers. (I don't know any human that would think that pulling around again was a good idea.) There was no offer to accept my order, let me pull forward, and allow the staff to bring my order out to my car on the parking lot. When I declined to re-enter the non-functioning drive thru, the employee went ballistic and said he wouldn't serve me at all.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this location until they replace their audio equipment ... and more importantly their staff.
