I must say this property is beautiful and the grounds well kept and maintained . The pool is not heated but it’s clean and well kept up on . This property is just steps away from the beach and the sand is yummy the beach is called sugar beach . This property is old ( built in 1974) the exterior of the buildings are very well maintained . It’s not maintained well at all by the owner or the property management . The view from this unit is fantastic and it’s on the second floor it does have 2 beds a queen and a king , the kitchen is well stocked with appropriate amenities it’s just that the unit it old run down and yucky filthy carpeting if this doesn’t bother you then stay in this unit if your not in to filth don’t stay here . I would return to this property again I would just stay in a different unit . ( I give the property , View, Beach , parking , location a 5 Star ) the unit...
