Noisiest place I've ever stayed, with some of the rudest employees. And they've already tried TWICE to over-bill me.
EDIT: And if you complain about the noise, it only gets noisier. The other night, there was a car parked right outside my room, blasting its stereo from 11pm to 1am. Today, stuff regularly being dropped on the uncarpeted floor ALL DAY, starting at 8:30am and continuing past 11pm (the present time), sounding as loud as a shotgun going off in my room below. Those are just some of the highlights.
EDIT: Again today someone (presumably housekeeping) tried to enter my room without knocking. This has been a regular occurrence for the last two weeks. And again today, it sounds like a demolition derby happening in the room above me. I can't help be deduce that this is all retribution for my having complained, and it's getting worse every day.
EDIT: Just now, at approximately 9pm, 8-11-23, somebody AGAIN tried to enter my room. Nobody knocked on the door. Nobody called me on the phone. Instead, somebody tried to enter my room unannounced, and was stopped again by the dead bolt. What's going on here?
EDIT: Every day there are fewer and fewer channels available on the TV. At present, approximately 1/3 of the channels that were working when I checked in are not working.
EDIT: 10:45am, Saturday, 8-12-23: Last TV channel just went. Now there is no TV.
EDIT: And AGAIN today, without knocking or calling or providing any known reason for trying to enter my room, someone from this fraudulent facility tried to enter my room, as verified by the position of the locking device.
EDIT: and AGAIN tonight, without knocking or calling or providing ANY cognizable reason for trying to enter my room LATE on a Saturday night, someone with a key card tried to enter my room while I was working at my computer.
EDIT: INSANE noise coming from the room above me.
EDIT: Aug. 23: Satellite TV out AGAIN. This happens every day.
EDIT: Aug. 24: Satellite TV out AGAIN. Nobody every fixes is. Complaints are never responded to, except by silly emails saying that they take complaints seriously --- LOL LOL LOL

Read moreSTAY AWAY. UNSAFE AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I arrived with an elderly disabled parent after a 4 hr drive through a snowstorm and no one lets me in. A sign that after hours, you call a number from the phone on the wall and I did and I followed the prompt but not only no one answers but the call is dropped. For 15 minutes! The smell of pot and liquour is nauseating. Then hotel residents, visibly drunken men roaming around the premises with bottles of liquor, show up to tell me you have to keep calling until someone answers. Another drunk man storms out cussing out with his backpack and yells at the top of his voice. I call the corporate office and say plz refund me right away so I can go elsewhere. The Corporate office had to called the receptionist so finally an indifferent passive aggressive receptionist shows up "what's the probem? I can get you a room". I: thank you. We won't be safe here anyways. I am already afraid of the residents and whatever activities are going on here. Please refund me." "I can't" so I leave anyways and go to Hampton Inn next door. Decent. Only 20$ more and they did their best to get us a room when we had no reservation and of course, everyone here says "oh yea glad you didn't end up in Extended Stay..something's terribly...
Read moreI booked a stay a week ago in advance. I’ve been trying to pay for the stay. I’ve called twice a day, different times a day. I even called the customer service number. For some reason the front desk is not to attentive to customer needs. For the first 10 minutes I was told my reservation was not there. After the clerk realized he kept forgetting the 0 in my confirmation number, once I repeated the 10th time he finally found it and said “oh yea it’s here but you can’t pay for it.. call back for Sean. “ I’ve been calling for Sean since Wednesday. Unable to reach him. The stay is Monday and is stil not paid for. This sucks because when I don’t show up then I’m charged. To be this negligent with customer service, customer accounts, and hotel business is unacceptable.
