I only leave reviews for awful (1-star) and phenomenal (5-star) experiences. My wife, daughter, and I moved from NJ to OH and spent an exorbitant amount of time visiting endless furniture stores in the Mentor area (there are lots of them here - Ashley, Levin, Cleveland, etc. etc. etc.). OhioFW is by far the best 'experience' we could've asked for. Super friendly staff (not commission hungry non-listeners like folks we ran into at other places like Ashley), unpretentious showroom, unbelievable pricing on solid products, and then...the customer service is the real reason for this review. We purchased a pretty large sectional and only realized upon delivery that we didn't measure our living room properly. We then returned to OhioFW to discuss the return + ordering a different set that would fit our living room, only to realize after that 2nd order was authorized with the financing bank (oh yea, they have awesome 'same as cash' financing options too), that we ONCE AGAIN did not do the math correctly (couch + loveseat still would not have fit properly in our living room)! We were basically nightmare customers - I would've gladly denied our business due to the carelessness and lack of preparation alone. Ultimately, we wound up buying a set that DID work for us (2 love seats + ottoman), and OhioFW had to call the financing bank to cancel the initial 2 authorizations and write up an entirely new invoice which cleanly outlined 'what I was getting and what I was paying' and even threw in other nice perks we didn't deserve (i.e. no delivery fee when the new furniture arrives). Big shout out to Pete for never pressuring us into a purchase and patiently listening and advising the way we needed, and a huge thank you to Sean (Sales Manager) for handling the cancellations + reorder without giving us any trouble at all. This kind of professionalism obviously reflects solid leadership from the owner as well. If we ever need more pieces for our home, Ohio Furniture Warehouse is where we will return 1,000% -...

This is going to be a long review but it's more than necessary because I couldn't be happier about the service I received from the Store Manager at this location!

My roommate bought a couch here probably over 5 years ago, and unfortunately over the years, our cats and dogs have done quite a number on it-- scratching, chewing, etc. Basically it was in shambles.

Initially, I reached out in the hopes of buying brand new couch cushions to replace any of the ones that were damaged from our German Shepherd puppy (I thought it would be cheaper instead of buying a brand new couch just in case he tears into it again). I really didn't have super high expectations since the couch is so old, but thought I would reach out and at least try.

I was instructed to send photos to them showing all of the damage. Just a few minutes later, I got a response back from a Store Manager named Sean. He reminded me that the warranty was void due to moving since buying the couch and also that pet damages are not covered. Regardless, he told me he was willing to see what he could do to help me.

To my surprise he responded the next day and let me know that he had ordered me a brand new set of all BRAND NEW cushions, including a new chaise cushion! On top of that he ordered 2 large pieces of the couch fabric so that I could patch any damaged corners! Even better, he pushed this all through for me at NO COST!! Within just a couple of weeks I started receiving all of the new pieces. I honestly couldn't believe it.

Sean really knocked it out of the park on this one! He really went above and beyond and took great care if me and I am so beyond grateful! I will now forever be a loyal customer to this store and location. The customer service was without a doubt the best I have ever received, anywhere! Looking for great furniture at a great price, go no further than here! Furnature warehouse not only has a great selection of quality furniture but the entire staff is phenomenal!!! Nice, helpful and knowledgeable! Sarah has been our sales person throughout! What I love about Sarah is she is not pushy, great suggestions, not to mention suggested I wait to see how furniture looks that I had already purchased before adding to it! Which I may say was very smart! I will be going back to buy more because of that very suggestion. She is in it to help you design your home not just sell Furnature!!! Then there is James and Al….these are the delivery guys! Nice, respectful of moving furniture in, setting it up, explaining options if there are any. We had the best conversation with them. We learned a lot about furniture warehouse and the owner Brandon. Because of how he runs his business we will definitely be lifetime customers. He gives back in charity, takes care of his employees.
