Slowest drive thru ever. My finace came yesterday for Happy Hour, he works from home and took a break to go, it was a quarter til 4. He got in the drive thru and waited so long, I feel like they take 1 order at a time and make it the order in front of you before they take the next order. Anyhow by the time he got the speaker it was like 4:01. The girl was rude and refused to honor happy hour prices. He explained he was in the drive thru line BEFORE 4. The girl who took his order was rude and said I "it expired before she took his order". It bothers me because we live at cobblestone down the road, and come to this dairy queen ALOT. I mean we have kids we buy blizzards, boxes of dilly bars Cupcakes, and we buy lunch often because my finace loves the flamethrower burgers. We come alot more than just happy hour. The drive thru line is ALWAYS so slow. One time we had guests visiting who gave up waiting because this dairy queen was so busy and so slow. Especially in the summer. We will now be taking our business to the Mentor Avenue location. There was no reason she couldn't honor happy hour, and he wasted his work break for nothing. He decided not to get drinks because we literally just paid 2,000$ for our rent. It was not very mindful. And again we come there ALOT. Also Steak and Shake has happy hour 2-4, so next time he is on a work break he can go there. Very disappointed as we are obsessed with dairy queen and the girl at the drive through, her energy SUCKED! Been going to this Dairy Queen for lunch on a regular basis for 13 years since my first job at Home Depot across the street. Ever since, I've always found my way back to this place for lunch at least once a week. Over the years I have gotten to know some of the staff and have always had a pleasant experience, but I haven't seen any of them there in a while and the service has been absolutely atrocious. Today was the final straw though. Ordered and told to wait. Waited about 20 minutes before finally getting food. A lot of fast food places are struggling because of lack of workers so whatever I let that slide, but then they come out and the order is wrong. No drink, no fries and the burger isn't even the burger i ordered. I waited 20 minutes to be handed a box with a plain regular cheeseburger in it and nothing else when I ordered a loaded A1 burger combo. I have had a similar experience everytime for the last few months. What a shame, this place has been a go to lunch option for me for 13 years and now its time to put it on the blacklist and find...

Absolute TERRIBLE place to go. Blizzards were melted because they sat on the shelf for 6 minutes while the employees were standing around talking about how pathetic the drive through customers were because they wanted extra cheese on their burgers. The guy making the fried food was flinging his long ponytail all over the place and playing with his hair while cooking. The girl making the cones and blizzards was too busy watching a movie that the stuff she was making took twice as long to make. The woman putting the sandwiches together had her phone on full blast playing extremely explicit music and was complaining about every customer that came in/through the drive through. While sitting there eating my ice cream 2 people (who were parked) had to come ask for their order inside because they each sat there for over 10 minutes (the place wasn’t busy at all) they just forgot to make order.
