They were low staff, ok... messed up my whole order(i asked for all veggies to be on the side but ketuchup and cheese is good on the burgers) they put everything to includes sauces, wet lettuce, tomatoes, wet pickles on a platter with my buns soaking up all the moisture and 1 missing dd whopper. I called shortly after pick up I spoke to the manager on duty, she told me "I told them just the vegetables on the side, ok thats no problem sweetie" I asked if I needed to do anything else she said she would write it down so no nothing else and I was good to come back whenever cause I was in the book. I went in 4 days later(today) the GM Richard was like you here for pick up, I said no a replacement, he asked who I spoke to I said her name he was like cool cool ok. he came up I saw he was the GM he took my ticket (2 ddwho, 2ddchees,2origchick)he said all this? I have to talk to her to see what's going on.... he was already walking away,I asked if he could let me tell him what happen so I felt heard, he seemed irritated already. I let him know what had happened but felt every rushed to get it out, he went to the back for what felt like 15mins he came up and was like well what day about was it on? I said "here is my whole ticket" he said he spoke to her and she couldn't really remember really and due to it not being in the book.... he wasn't willing to replace more than a whopper I was like replace whatever your willing to replace, ill go to corporate for the rest. long story short I never got my food was told I was threatening him (for me telling him I would call corpate for whatever he doesn't replace) he exploded and started saying to get out, I was threatening him, he wasn't doing ANYTHING for me. There was way more to it, more back and forth i told him he needs to hold his employeesand managers accountable for what they say and do, he was going off how i was trying to get him in trouble. He told me to go through corporate and he has witness pointing to a customer and an employee. He acted like he was on dope to be honest, chewing his lip get agitated for no reason. He Acted like I was taking it from his own pocket. As someone who has been a GM most my career, the job is to make the customers want to come back while keeping the store running and employees happy. your employees messed up, I have the phone long to show I called within 30 mins of ordering to see what needed to fix the inedible food, had I known the doped out GM would refuse to make good on the messed up order, I would have went back right then and had then refund me. As I was in my car going through my phone for numbers he felt so inclined to photograph my car, guess he thought he did something. Now as the manager you have/had the magical power of making my bad experience right or lossing the business.... really Richard it was your job to keep it. Now my business might not mean much to him, but I bet it might mean something to the owner/mother company that pays him. He was mad and said something like your going to call and get me in trouble anyways might as well make it worth it. (I hope they have audio on the camera's.) Let's be honest this store is a HOT mess most of the time but due to low staff, I always gave a pass... this GM Richard should not be running a store if he gets upset over someone saying they were calling corporate. First experience: I was driving a co-worker home who lives near this location. We both decided to go because it was a long shift and we needed something to eat. We pulled up about 10 minutes before closing. The gentleman who took our order was EXTREMELY courteous and friendly. At the window, he was very prompt and informed us that my co-worker's chicken sandwich was made fresh and took a little bit to cook. We graciously pulled up as asked and received our food in about 5 minutes, which isn't that bad of a wait. The food was FRESH, HOT, and DELICIOUS. I had never been so impressed with BK before.
Second experience: I took my mom here for lunch after we had finished a day of shopping for my college move-in day. They were understaffed this time so understandably service wasn't great. They had an African American, female manager on shift who hid in the office instead of helping her crew of 4, who I could tell were drowning. The guy who had placed his order before us though was the one thing that ruined the visit. He had only been waiting five minutes but was extremely rude and profane, not only to the staff, but he complained to my mom and I. Like, we don't know who you are, leave us alone please. I cannot STAND customers who act like that. The staff should have just ejected him; I was so disgusted. We got our food in about 7 minutes but it still tasted great and fresh.

Read moreMy son and I went here tonight (Sunday evening). I will say everything was great. The place was clean, the food was made correctly and hot, and the staff was very friendly. Yes, there was a wait as there were a lot of people in drive thru and they had online orders being picked up. I had no issue with the wait since I wanted our food to be made correctly and have it nice and hot which it was. Every company now a days has their moments when their not at their best and yes it will happen more and more as many people are choosing to stay home and run a business or they want to do a gig job and so many companies are hurting for good employees so don't punish the staff that are working trying to do their job by slamming them. Remember when these restaurants close because people stop going everyone will complain like they have with all the other stores and restaurants that shut down that they miss it and miss getting this or that these companies were known for. If you're on lunch or simply in a hurry, I'd suggest either placing an order in advance or going at a time when you aren't in a hurry. Also, if you want to make sure your order is correct go inside. After all you can watch them make your sandwiches to ensure they made them correctly and you can see what all is going in your bag.
