The arrival began with terrible customer service from Darren- slow and unwelcoming. We had booked this hotel 8 months ago, while it was under the name Quality Inn. While checking in, another guest had to ask for towels/ wash clothes for their room, as it had none. We spent $1000+ on two rooms for three guests. We arrive to the rooms to find dirty towels, stained pillows and sheets. There were white stains on the bed frame and bedside table. Photos attached. It’s completely disgusting and unnerving. We complained to the front desk, which is beside a sign that says “please don’t delay in informing us of concerns”. He said there is absolutely no cancellation policy. He can get us new sheets and pillows. How will the new set be any better? How did these end up on the bed and in the room in the first place? Obviously the standards are at absolute zero here. He said the rooms hadn’t been stayed in recently and they were definitely clean. Hmm. However, the housekeeping staff had gone home and we would have to put the sheets and pillow cases on… OURSELVES. Darren said the manager had stepped out and would be back soon. We requested a phone call back immediately upon their arrival and he refused to write a note about it, as he would “remember us”. We came back an hour later without a phone call from the manager. Again, we were told they would be back soon. When we went back another hour later - a new employee was at the desk that said the previous employee’s shift was over AND the manager ended their shift way earlier tonight and wouldn’t be coming in. Darren and his shift partner were clearly trying to hold us off until he didn’t have to deal with it anymore. If you don’t think a guest is going to be happy with the conditions of the room (how could they possibly) maybe you should have them inspect the room before you swipe their credit card.

Avoid at all costs! This place is unsafe and unsanitary. My fiancé and I booked this hotel for a road trip and deeply regret it. From the moment we arrived, the place gave off an ominous and unsettling vibe. The lobby and the area right outside were full of shady-looking individuals. The man at the front desk was extremely unfriendly, and to our surprise, we were asked for a $100 deposit upon check-in, something that wasn’t mentioned during booking. On top of that, we had to sign a form with our car information “in case something happens to it,” which was a huge red flag. When we got to the room, we didn’t stay more than ten minutes. The place was absolutely filthy and unlivable. The bathroom was disgusting: the toilet was filthy, the curtains were moldy, the bathtub was grimy, and worst of all, the smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling. Every surface was dirty, the floor was sticky, and the bedsheets were stained. The smell alone was enough to make us turn around. We chose not to stay the night as it was clear this wasn’t just a bad hotel, but a potentially dangerous situation. What started as a fun night quickly turned into a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place.

Dirty... as if they didn't change sheets.. hair all over pillows and red stains on sheets, dirty towels were still in the room we changed rooms and it was worse we should've left when my 2 year old found bug fogger can under side of bed.. more dirty towels. After running around all day during a snow storm just trying to find a hotel we start to settle in for dinner and we open The refrigerator and see dead roaches where we just put our sandwiches. Soon as we see the roaches we pack up and left immediately and asked for a refund they offered to change the room again but absolutely not after 2 rooms have been nasty and we have 2 toddlers and a 6 year old.. they told us they don't do refunds but you cant make someone and their children stay in unsanitary condition we don't even live in. Turned out to be a health hazard especially with small kids.... ended up being told they'll look tomorrow and give us a call after trying to say the pictures didn't look like their refrigerator.. none of the rooms they put us in had no smoke detectors which is a federal law that all rooms must have those. DO NOT STAY HERE!

AVOID AT ALL COST! If I could give no stars I would. We needed something quick and cheap so I understand why we might've had a poor quality hotel, but this was not what I was expecting. Location was easy to get off and on and close to restaurants and fast food. But upon arrival, smell of marijuana, inside was okay but if you look closer just poor quality of the building itself. The rooms were a HUGE problem. Floors not vacuumed, sweep, or probably even mopped. Beds were made but you can tell all the beddings, linen, and pillows were super old and used over and over. If they are physically dirty even after being wash, toss them out and get new inventory, not expectable. One of our rooms the AC did work, food still in fridge, and a piece of chicken strip visibly by the bed. Safety lock was not in one of the room, and what we thought looks like a lock pick. Owner or front desk attendant was not helpful at all and just clueless on what to do and how to approach these situation. He said he will get someone to come up right away to deal with the issues but no one ever came. Toilet still had hair and residue in it. Who ever cleaned the room only cleaned the minimum. Attendant he told us was that either he doesn't know, or don't "micromanage" his workers. Told us to call third party number if we want our refund back but we did have a no refund policy on day of check in. He did provide us a different room that we took in exchange, but at the end, we forfeit our money and handed over the keys. They also have a deposit fee of $100 which I think they shouldn't even have on how horrible the place is. There is so much more to say about this hotel and it's hospitality. Just waiting to hear about our...

Dont forget to check reviews!!! Absolutely horrible experience. Before we even took our bags to the room, we figured we would check it out. The first room, the sheets, was disgusting with stains and blood! The bathroom looked like a murder scene. I wish i had taken pictures but we wanted to get out of there asap! We went downstairs to see if we could get a refund to go elsewhere, and they REFUSED to give a refund even though it's not stated in their policy. There were 2 other groups that had also just checked in and wanted to leave as well. Not wanting to make a scene, they offered to show us different rooms. They showed us four other rooms, all of them had stains, walls were scuffed up, and all the tubs looked like they had never been cleaned. One of the rooms made me gag with smell when we walked in. Out of the 4 rooms, we ended up with a bad but not completely horrible room. No towels in the new room. The shower had broken knobs drain spout completly broken. Tv did not work and no remote control. Bathroom plugs wouldnt hold a plug in the outlet. The sheets still had stains, but it looked like newer. Luckily we had brought blankets and our own pillows. The elevator, rooms, and hallways all had a gross musty smell. When we booked they had updated pictures that were fake. They also offered a continental free breakfast. No breakfast they had muffins but not even close enough to serve. We went down for breakfast close to when it started and they were out of everything! There were also always kids in the hallway or people sitting outside that would just stare at you. I've never stayed at a place as bad as this one. Don't stay here. I wish they would condemn...
