It’s a shame. I’ve been to this KFC plenty of times throughout the years and rarely ever had a problem, but tonight was my very last time giving them my business. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, so I pay lots of attention to detail when dealing with a customer. When I arrived at the drive thru, instead of being welcomed, I was rudely rushed to give my order. The worker’s tone was such that he could care less about his job or helping others. I proceeded with my order. When I asked a question about a particular item, my question was not answered, but I received an attitude that he “already had that”.... but I asked a question? How could you have it down? He did not answer my question. By this time I was upset. When he went to give me my total, I heard 20..... and then nothing else. Sounded like he was talking to other workers. After not receiving my entire total, I drove off. I debated calling the manager on my way to another KFC, but I was concerned that I may not be taken seriously if workers like this have no consequences for their actions. Instead of making a big scene, I decided to write a review. I read reviews religiously when I am determining if I will give someone my business, so I hope this helps out someone. I urge you to take your business elsewhere. The workers at the KFC on 60th and Fond du Lac were very friendly.
To the gentleman working the drive thru tonight (2-4-19) around 7:08, please be careful how you talk to your customers. You just lost your employer my business, and probably the business...
Read moreYou can tell just by looking at the exterior of this place it's not going to be good; the parking lot is full of potholes and trash, the front door is so filthy you can barely see through the glass, but you think to yourself, "don't be so judgy". You go to the drive-thru, but the person speaking is obviously holding a conversation with someone else while taking your order, since they have to ask several times to repeat yourself. You finally roll around to the window where they hand you your drink, the cup is wet, completely doused in soda; you know it's going to make your hands sticky. They ask you to pull around and they'll bring your order out. The wait is shockingly less than 15 minutes, but when you get home you realize several things. 1. They asked what sauce you wanted, but AS USUAL there are no sauces in the bag. 2. There are no utensils, nor a single napkin to be had. 3. You wanted to try the new chicken nuggets, but one piece is smaller than your actual thumbnail and another is just a giant wad of fat/tendon. 4. The Famous Bowl is now made with their gross nuggets instead of the popcorn chicken. 5. The biscuits are about the size of a golf ball now and so severely undercooked they're essentially warmed up dough, I hope that one tiny bite I had doesn't make me sick. 6. They know they stink so they don't bother to put a survey on the receipt. I guess if I was running a business that was just the worst I wouldn't want any...
Read moreWhat is this??? I ordered an 8 piece crispy chicken, large family sized potatoes with gravy, and 4 biscuits in the drive thru to surprise my mom for dinner. Neither of us had eaten that day and we were starved. I was told they only have 7 pieces of crispy chicken and 1 original which I said it was ok to substitute the 1. The staff seemed to not have much care to be of service. They came across like I was interrupting them by taking my order and they were not at all busy. No cars in front of me or behind me. I got to my mom's and found there were only 7 pieces of chicken in the bucket. The chicken legs were tiny almost like pigeon legs with no crisp to the crust. The large mashed potatoes consisted of 2 small scoops (definitely not going to serve 4). We were so disappointed ☹️. We prayed over the food and called the 800 customer service number to get a full refund. Yes, I normally cook at home but I was short on time and energy. I absolutely do not recommend this location UNLESS you want a free side of frustration...
