terrible service is what you will get when coming here, everytime you go there you swear they're making the food by scratch long wait times and even worse wait times once you pay for your food.
today on 6/28/ 2018 at 823 p.m. I ordered food at the drive through and waited over 15 minutes before I even reached the window to pay, without any explanation as to why my food wasn't ready , all I ordered was a 5 box meal. And when I went to the front door to request a refund , a employee locked the door on me and told me therly were close . the person would not let me in or acknowledge that I was a drive-through customer after repeated attempts to tell him I just want to refund he gave me the finger and told me to f off.
this is unbelievable but completely understandable for this location because these " people" do not care about the customers or care to actually provide any customer service they're a bunch of lazy people who believe they can get by because no one's holding him to a higher standard.
I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow and filing a complaint for not receiving my order and being charged

Read moreVery unprofessional, people need to be trained in basic customer service etiquette. When someone drives up to the speaker box it's not, "Whatchu want?" It's "Welcome to Taco Bell, may I take your order?" Or some variation, I don't care if you put your own spin on it.
When they come up to the window, confirm the total, let them know it will be a minute, take the payment method. Don't stand their with your hand held out like a beggar. Actually, they talk more and are more professional, maybe you could learn from beggars.
Finally, when you give the food, you say something along the lines of have a nice day, anything really. It lets the customer know that you have given them their entire order. It is not the time for you to start yelling across the store about no one else being on the mic.
Now, I'm going to very carefully decide if it's worth the risk and examine my food before eating it, if your drivethru through was like that, I'd hate to see...

Told to move vehicle and drive around and wait in the parking lot so the timer would not continue to run while they were doing a “shift change.” Waited a few minutes in the parking lot and drove around again this time to a new excuse. They were counting the register and needed time to do “accounting.” At this point we said we would wait and they could finish up. Continued to give us a run around about waiting and staff was very short with us asking how long it would take. Spoke to a “manager” and received many excuses for what was happening but no remedies. Left a few minutes later and saw workers filling and drinking sodas. Numerous cars were not served, and employees were refusing service to all. Just close early if you have to… refusing to serve customers...
