Sweet Dreams came highly recommended to me by my veterinarian. He and his family and even friends had purchased mattresses and adjustable bases from Sweet Dreams and were highly pleased with evvery aspect of the process.

I had high expectations and I can actually say they were exceeded! The owner, Jim, gave me helpful insight on selecting between a firm vs. extra firm mattress. He asked pertinent questions as to the position I typically slept in because the mattress should fit whether you are a side, front, or back sleeper. I changed from my original selection after learning a little of the science about a mattress and sleeping. His son, Greg, handled the ordering of my adjustable base and expedited delivery to match my move into a new home.

The delivery men were on time as promised. They were all high caliber gentlemen who were well skilled in assembling the adjustable base. They demonstrated how to use the controller and made certain I knew how before leaving.

I had a rare mechanical problem on my adjustable base 2 years after my purchase. A Sweet Dreams repair team came, accessed the problem and ordered replacement parts. I paid for the replacement parts, but their labor was free.

Today, two very nice young men, Micah and Shaun, installed the replacement parts. They noticed the retaining bar was not at the bottom of my bed to prevent the mattress from sliding down every time I raised the bed. I explained the bar would not stay in place. They came up with a remedy so my bar will always remain in place. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

Upon arrival at the store we were greeted promptly by Andrew and made to feel welcomed. He asked us about what our need was and budget. We did not feel forced nor did we feel like he was trying to steer us toward one of the more expensive mattresses. He was kind, professional and polite. We were not ready to make a decision that night and he was fine with us waiting and respected us needing to think about the purchase prior to just a hasty decision. He text us the information on everything we were interested in. Due to unforeseen illness we were not able to get back to him quickly. It was probably 2 weeks later when I called him. He remembered us and was just as polite and professional as the night we were in the store. I was able to purchase quickly and efficiently over the phone. All questions were answered. He made sure I received the receipt prior to me hanging up and he made sure that we went through the receipt together to make sure prices were correct and everything was listed. Today our mattress was delivered as promised. The men delivering were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We were very impressed. What is outstanding is I had told Andrew about my husband’s hospitalization and my father passing away while placing the order. He seemed genuinely concerned. Today when the delivery men arrived they surprised us with gifts. This really made us feel like we were more than just a sale and valued as customers. I was refer to Sweet Dreams by a friend who just moved to N.C. and happen to get Andy the Store Manager to help me as my daughter was moving to Winston-Salem to go to Wake Forest University. I cannot even tell you how much Andy helped me throughout this process especially since I was long distance in MA to find the furniture in time for her move in date of 5/20 with Covid 19 everything was taking a lot longer to ship. Andy was so Professional and Courteous I could not ask for a better Salesperson he has gone above and beyond the call of duty there were a few hiccups in the delivery but Andy made sure to take care of everything for me and made it so much less stressful and I am so thankful to him for all he has done to help me and still helping me. Sweet Dreams is very lucky they have such a dedicated employee with the best customer service working on their team. I would recommend any of my friends or anyone reading this post to buy from Sweet Dreams because anything you ask for they will give you options and the best price around always with a smile and not make you feel like a number but a real person.
