When we first pulled up to Ultimate Bar and Grill following a friend's wedding, I'll admit I had my doubts. From the outside, it had all the hallmarks of your typical dive bar, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. However, the moment we stepped inside, any hesitation I had completely vanished.

The interior, while maintaining that classic dive bar ambiance, was buzzing with energy and filled with patrons who clearly were enjoying themselves. It set the scene for what turned out to be an exceptionally fun and memorable experience.

The food was a revelation—far surpassing typical bar fare. Each dish we tried was delicious, clearly made with care, and served piping hot. The flavors were robust and satisfying, perfect for winding down after a wedding ceremony and gearing up for the reception.

What truly set Ultimate Bar and Grill apart was the staff. They were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making our visit enjoyable. Their gesture of offering a complimentary shot to the bride and groom was a thoughtful touch that made everyone feel special and celebrated.

We ended up having a great time, thanks in no small part to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that the staff created. I live in the townhouses behind Ultimate Bar & Grill. My boyfriend and I went there 2 to 3 ties a week when it was Ten Oclock Charlies for over four years. The food was always good, even though the place was old and kind of beat up, but the food was always good...We've been to Ultimate about 4 times and every time the food and service sucked. Everytime I've gotten food, it has been terrible and cold. Not to mention one time we had our order taken and our drinks brought to us and never saw the waitress again for over an hour because she was behind the bar goofing off. I finally had to walk to the bar and ask for more drinks and to ask where our food was and come to find out the waitress never put our order in. after we waited over an hour. Service is pathetic.... I called tonight to order a Ribeye dinner to go, just because it's close and I'm busy. Now, they've changed the menu again and have no steak dinners at all anymore...I have spent a hella lot of money in that place before it changed owners, but I won't be spending money there anymore. The only thing that the new owner has done to make it better is to improve the looks of the place and that's only slightly....If it's not broke, don't fix it! So I had to leave a review for this place to say how good the food was. I got loaded pub dogs that were really thick, loaded with cheese, bacon crumbles and fried onions. It was delicious. My husband and daughter got 2 different kinds of burgers and both said they were so good. My son got their chicken tenders and they were crispy and fresh. We also got the bacon chicken ranch that I was told was really good as well. My daughter loved the pretzel sticks also. The fries were not the greatest but everything else made up for them. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we did have to wait a really long time. Close to an hour. And it is definately more of a bar looking place. But once we got our food we didn't care cause it was that enjoyed. Our servers checked on us and apologized a but. I'm sure it didn't help we showed up right at the start of lunch time with a decent order so they probably had to start everything. Otherwise would recommend eating here. And the prices were...
