I've been twice. The menu is very diverse but kind of confusing because there are no prices. The first time I got a grilled chicken with Swiss and mushroom combo and it was about $12. The Sandwich was perfect, a huge amount of very good and crispy fries. Large drink. I was incredibly pleased and couldn't wait to come back. The second time I got the fish and shrimp plate on a Friday. Now I haven't had a good fish fry since I've been in the state. I was very much looking forward to it. Again, large portions and it was made fresh. However I will say I will not order this again, it was a terrible disappointment. While it was a decently sized fish fillet, It was very soggy even though it had been very freshly made. The breading literally sloughed off the fish and it was very difficult to eat. The shrimp were tiny and again should have been much crispier or at least not soggy. The cocktail sauce did not have any flavor, It was obviously geared towards children. I prefer a much spicier sauce or at least something that doesn't taste like it's 99% ketchup. The tartar sauce was incredible, it was filled with rough chop pickles and very flavorful. The fries of course were amazing. I'll come back for the chicken sandwiches and the fries but I won't order the...

The manager Missy is unprofessional She does not listen to concerns nor does she care about the customer. I visited from out of town and went to Bucko’s for some old memories. We spent over $30 in this establishment to have a hotdog that was made wrong and returned due to an allergy. The allergy was written off, not respected, and the hotdog was not remade nor was the money refunded for the hotdog. Upon trying to explain the allergy I was yelled at told I did not have the allergy and that I would not be getting a refund and I “just wanted free food”. After calling back to speak with the manager Missy, she said that she would place the money back on the card that did not happen. Two days later I called back to see what was going to happen and she again yelled at me until I had to hang up the phone on her she said all I wanted was free food when in reality I’m just allergic to cheese. 10 out of 10 would not recommend . The food is OK, but the...

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED AND THE OWNERS RESPONSE WHEN I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HER. I TOLD HER THAT I WASNT TRYING TO GET ANY "FREE" FOOD, I JUST WANTED HER TO BE AWARE OF THE POOR C/S HER EMPLOYEES PROVIDED.SHE BEGAN TO TELL ME HOW THEY ARE A SMALL BUSINESS(WHICH I GET)AND SHE HAS GOTTEN ON HER EMPLOYEES ABOUT THROWING FOOD AWAY. SHE THAN SAID SHE WILL HAVE TO REVIEW THE CAMERAS, CHECK THE ORIGINAL TICKET AND ESTIMATE THE TIME IT TOOK FOR ME TO GET THE BURGER AND TO BRING IT BACK. AT THAT POINT, I TOLD HER TO FORGET ABOUT IT AND I APOLOGIZED IF THE MATTER SEEMED TRIVIAL TO HER AND FOR WASTING HER TIME. I WORK AT A RETAIL STORE SO I GET IT, BUT ALL I WANTED WAS A SINCERE APOLOGY AND ALL I GOT WAS MORE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEED LESS TO SAY, I WONT...

Best hotdog in Mooresville! Seriously, this is the only place in Race City you should be going for an old fashioned dog! This place is Small Town NC Food Culture on display. A very diverse menu, with all the old school staples. Dogs, burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches, and so much more. They have a drive thru and a walk up window. No inside seating here folks, as expected from any self-respecting old school drive through. Prices are inline with current quick-service offerings in the region (the prices are available on the drive thru menu and on a paper menu at the order counter). You will wait, they don’t stack stuff up under a heat lamp, and it will be worth the time spent! Don’t be like me and put this place off for 2 years after moving to town. Go today! Seriously, go…now!

So first impression, it's a vintage looking tiki bar food stand style restaurant. No indoor seating, it does have outdoor seating along with a drive-thru. No veteran discount or other discounts. It's family owned!!!! So I definitely had to try it and support! So the burgers run about $5 a piece without being in a meal. (You can add fries and a drink for $3.50 more) for 2 burgers 1 drink and 1 fry was $15.97.... the staff was very kind and knowledgeable about the food. Overall a great experience and I definitely will try again when in town!

Service is nice and polite. Drive thru is slow. Menu has a ton of options. Perhaps too many choices. Ordered two hot dogs and fries. $8 Little pricey. Buns were old dry and stale. Disappointed Fries were great. 2- 3 stars. Give it another try??? Maybe
